Truer words were never spoken. I was at the Cocal every night from Friday before Super Bowl and left the Thursday morning after. I saw a total of 1 girl, a Nicaraguan who spent 2 hours with me for $200 2 pops 22 yo, gorgeous. All pre negotiated at the back bar where the band plays. The going rate is $200 and up. I have literally seen good looking girls eat dinner, drink all night, sit, walk, talk till 2 am and not make a dime but hear guys offer them $150 for a one pop hour and walk away insulted.

Over the course of my Super Bowl stay, I saw 3 girls ranging in age from 19 yo Ari to 25 yo Jenny and the gorgeous 9+ Allison 21 YO. Everything available in house for $30-40 house fee depending on how the day has been going and extras ranging from HJ $50, BJ 80-100, FS 150-200. When you get

in the room, the girl you picked will bring another less attractive girl in and try to upsell a 2 for 1 special. I ALWAYS decline. Aside from my 3 incall adventures, Allison visited me twice at the Cocal for $200 per visit. MSOG, the only downside except for Jenny (BBBJ for additional) everything was covered. If you text the number in their instagram listing they will send you photos of the girls available for outcall.

Warning, there are several not so good looking girls working at this place. Young but large in stature (if you get my drift). Whoever is sending the photos of the girls available for outcall is pimping the less attractive girls. Be persistent and ask for who else is available or ask for Ari, Allison and / or Jenny. Or better yet walk around the corner (hang a right at the pharmacy) and see for yourself.

Listed price? Now that is funny. Never met a girl that had the price stamped on her body. Although a few have business cards, only without a price shown.

But as for the Cocal. The girls are all independent and depending on how their night is going they may ask for 150,200, 250,300, etc. Dollars. And if you look like a high roller and new to the place the higher end is more likely. They have a sort of minimum that can be enforced between the girls so if you need to make a deal below around $150 US do it in a quiet place where the girl will not be overheard accepting such a lowball offer. For their safety and comfort. In off hours and outside, etc. Offers and negotiation can be more useful.

The BW definitely does not allow guests, and is otherwise pretty mediocre and regret staying there. There is one other place that does not allow guests, but I don't know the name.

The bar at cocal was a great pickup spot. 200 for the girl and 50 for a pretty crummy room at the place next door, for an hour. Not sure if that was too high, but a good time was had.

With the Del Rey no longer in business it seems unlikely. If I had a dollar for every rumor about the Del Rey I could buy a nice meal at least.

How do you get from the bus terminal to the Cocal? I don't remember there being a lot of taxi's driving around Jaco.

You could flag down a taxi, order an uber, or walk 10 minutes or so to Cocal.

If you plan to start your trip with one or a few days in SJ before going to Jaco, look up the buses out of 7/10 terminal that can take you to Jaco for less than $10 each way. Might take a little longer, but they go every two hours in an air conditioned, comfortable enough bus for cheap. On the return trip you could hop out at the airport.

Thanks, TC. What other shuttles have you heard about?

That video mostly talks about going taking the bus from the city. I am interested in getting there to and from the airport.

I only found one other shuttle in the same price range. Its called the Pink Bus, or something like that. It only has one trip per day. Easy Ride has 4.

I remember inquiring with Vanessa on a previous trip, but she also charged $120. If its over $80, I may as well take the Cocal shuttle for the reliability.

Renting a car, with all the insurance is something like $70/day if you get all the insurance. It used to be much cheaper. Now rental car prices are out of control.
