Back from a few weeks at the cocal. Prices are the usual 100 with the occasional 150 from a stuck up girl. I walked away from those.
Monkey bar had some talent late night but cocal is basically the spot if you want to find top flight talent in jaco beach. As far Jaco goes.
During the day there isn't much to talk about. A nice sports bar is near the resort if you want to watch US football and the like. There is a great.
Sushi place named tsunami which does half off rolls on Wednesday nights. And a canadian expat has opened a rather delicious restaurant called the seaside.
Diner. His name is marcel and he usually hangs out around the cocal bar in the early afternoons. Nice guy and great cook.

I stayed at Morgan's Cove because it was the cheapest stay for my credit card reward points. I called ahead and asked if they were chica friendly and they said yes. It is an outdated hotel and there was hardly anyone there. There was a family staying there and a few local couples once the weekend came around. I think that I was the only monger at the hotel. Also, no chica fee.
There was nobody at the Beatle Bar or Monkey Bar. There were a few seasoned veteran chicas at the Patio Bar. I should have passed up the place. I did take back a Dominican for $80. 00. Curvy, but fake boobs which I don't like. Mistake.
The next 3 nights I went to Cocal. WOW! It is a very nice hotel and the talent was outstanding. I was quoted $150. 00 for one hour by a Colombian. I passed. All the other girls quoted $100. 00. I took back a cute little 21 whyear old Nica and she was very nice and did very well. Kissing was allowed. She was great. The next night I got a Tica and she was a ***** once we got back to the room. Poor performance. She was a waste of time and money. The next night I started off with the Nica again as I knew I would have a good time. Then I got a 20 why. O Tica that was almost 6 feet tall for $80. 00. She was great. She was obviously not a total pro. Probably just a weekend warrior. Great performance. Kissing allowed. I would have gotten her again if it wasn't my last night in town.
I would highly recommend staying at Cocal. The place is very nice at least from what I could see. There was at least 5 girls for every guy at the bar. Beautiful girls. All types.

Any tips or info to share?
From what I've read seems the girls hand around the bar at Cocal? Did you check out any other places?
Thanks for your help.

Posts: 749Any Chica Friendly Hotels Within Walking Distance Of Cocal?
I know there's Clarita's but I'm wondering if any of you gents can recommend other chica friendly hotels within walking distance of the Cocal? I'm traveling solo so the condos behind there are overkill for me.

Thanks for the info Dirty Pirate. I was afraid that the Marriott would be a no-go for girls. The guys still want to stay there anyway and then do short term rentals in town. Can't wait for the first trip to CR and hope it is as much fun as DR.

Well after about 5 or 6 years of hitting the DR, we are making our way to Costa Rica. I know it takes a couple of trips to get the lay of the land but thought you guys may have the answers to a couple of questions. A couple of the guys want to stay at the Los Suenos Marriott so we are near the golf course. I am assuming it would be hard or impossible to bring girls back to a condo on the resort. Anyone tried or know? Any other ideas for a nice condo or house near Jaco if I can talk them into that? Not the end of the world as we can just do short term in town as needed. I will RTFF the forum for other tips for places and pricing for mongering.
Thanks,
Tee
