Yes they let you smoke outside anywhere on grounds except the dining table area, the cigar shop is maybe 15-20 minute drive from bb. Its decent, its by the city town tourist area.

Penthouse is just a room with 2 bedrooms and a large living room type room. I you're staying by yourself, sleep in one room and use the other room for play. Rooms at BB are old but they keep them really clean. Maids clean daily including mopping the floors, etc.
