2. You can bring food items into the rooms, the hotel does not want that, but they can't do anything about it. Keep your food sealed or in the refrigerator if you don't want ants in the room.
3. It's easy, no carts needed.
4. The lack of Spanish ability will negatively impact the trip. Managers and waitresses speak English, very few chicas speak passable English. Overall you'll be fine.

Easy to walk around the community, the beach restaurants a few minutes away, Jennys, and some other restaurants easy walking distance.
I don't speak much Spanish, no problem at BB, haven't had a big problem in Sosua. Let some basic phrases, like "how much" and learn your numbers. Or, use translation apps.
For transportation, I have used Tropiclink. You can search for that. I have posted about it before, and I found out about it on the BB thread. You can probably search on this site for information.
I don't remember what I paid, but it was much cheaper than having BB arrange or using a taxi. It is a shared ride, but I arrived very late in Santiago and had it by myself. Not sure where you are located, but they have a US number you can call, or you can book online.

2. Do you know if Blackbeard's allows you to bring some food items into the rooms for snacks? Some hotels don't want outside snacks, water, etc. I don't drink alcohol so that won't be an issue.
3. Is it easy to walk around in the gated community or should one have some sort of transportation? Someone earlier said Jenny's rents golf carts.
4. Will the lack of Spanish ability negatively impact the trip? In Sosua it's hit or miss with many not speaking English. There is always google translate.
Thanks for the tips.

I have traveled to Sosua seven times since 2018 but selected Blackbeard's for this June. The Sosua crowd is livelier, some of the girls recently demand outrageous prices, drama has increased, etc. Thus Blackbeard's seemed a logical choice, but I have a few questions.
1. Do Blackbeard's guests pay in US dollars or DR pesos at Blacbeard's itself?
2. Do you recommend having Blackbeard's arrange transportation from STI and just paying the taxi mafia prices to get there? (The aircraft arrives about noon).
3. What is the "schedule" at Blackbeard's?
4. Are there things to do near Blackbeard's other than the obvious?
5. Are the rooms with more than one room simply adjoining bedrooms? Some of the advertisements say some rooms have bars and sitting areas, etc and two rooms, but it's not clear if the sitting areas and bars are in a separate area than the bedrooms.
6. Does the internet work there? (I bring work).
Any additional information you can provide will be appreciated. Thanks.

Jenny's Market has golf carts for rent. A real game changer in Costombar. I'll be it not all the restaurants in Costombar are open because of covid right not, but that can't last forever.
Rental is $15 usd a day. Message me for contact info. They rent out quickly so, call well in advance.
Also, you can park it at Jenny's and call an Uber to pick you up at the front gates. The taxi mafia will not let them pick you up inside Costombar.

Posts: 319It's not only for them.
A threesome is quite a different experience which is not so easy to organize, especially in sex prison USA.
This could be a mutually beneficial deal.

Posts: 319You can always ask the chica.
Or better yet, after a short conversation during which the chica tries to convince you to pick her you can tell her that if she does CIM you pick her and if she refuses you need some time to think. Chances are 8 or 9 out of 10 will say yes. Some chicas can do it one day without asking and move aside at the last second a few days later.

Planning on visiting over this summer since I got my COVID vaccine. Do the girl offer CIM? Or does I vary from chica to chica? Thanks.

Posts: 1985I find it interesting how different perspectives and experiences can be when people are visiting / living in the same place. Years of living in the Dominican Republic and I have never had a girl scam me in a sexual situation or any other. Plenty experiences of scamming men. You pretty much know when most of them are lying. They are moving their mouth.
Now I have been to Blackbeards. Long time ago. And did not partake. Not my type of place. But what I saw did not look bad. So I do not actually know from experience that Happy Hour in the DR is not for me. And I have not experienced the scam.
I have had threesomes (MHM) before without issue. But they occurred in my back yard (so to speak). One of my favorite types of encounters.
