In my experience, I been there (8 times this year) the ac and the shower stability depends on the room size, it seems the rooms on the the side (by the disco) always run better, on the other side the higher the floor the worse the ac and shower. It depends on the room. My room wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to stay one night in the double suite on the top floor, it had terrible water pressure. When I moved to a deluxe single on the same floor the water pressure was so good it seemed like it could strip the paint off of a car.

Yes water pressure has improved the last year or so. They re-piped many of the rooms & cleaned the shower heads. You actually get hot water now too.
