You may be able to use Uber to get from the airport to Blackbeard's, but I doubt if you're going to be able to get Uber to take you from Blackbeard's to anywhere else.

My last trip was in 2019. After a couple tries I finally got Uber to come to BBs for a one way ride to Sosua. Soon as he got there the taxi mafia surrounded this car. To make a long story short, the Uber guy had to move on and I ended up using the taxi Mafia.

They were charging 2,500 DOM in 2019 to go from BB to Sosua, one way. I imagine it's more than that now. Bueno Suerte!

I think Blackbeards policy however is that guests should use condoms and if I'm not mistaken on the review card where you can comment on the girls you are supposed to report girls who offer BBFS. BB is basically in a quiet suburb in the middle of fucking nowhere. If you want to go to Sosua which is like ten miles away the taxi mafia want to charge you $100 each way. BB is a dated hotel with a pool, a bar and a bunch of hookers sitting around waiting to get fucked. Plus, I think most hotel booking sites won't allow them on their platform, so when I went I had to fuck around emailing the hotel to reserve a room.

Oh, Ill also mention that when I stayed there I got the worst diarhea Ive had in my life. It knocked me out for days. Imodium didnt fix it, and I ended up taking antibiotics (Bactrim) whch thankfully you can buy over the counter. Apparently its very common to get sick from eating salad washed in the local water.

I got scabies there a few years back. Had to use special shampoo as a body wash for a week. Its like lice, but on your fingers, they lay eggs under your skin.

A mini split is an a / see unit that is usually mounted on the wall. I basically brought it up to say that the girls at the hotel do well financially. They don't have to hustle as hard as a girl walking the beach in sosua. Therefore, there's no need for anyone to feel like they have to support them financially from afar.
