You don't have to tip but sometimes it's easier to just hand over 2 one thousand peso notes rather than dig for smaller bills. One trick is to save up your smaller bills from the change you get at their bar and keep it in the room safe just so you don't overpay. My experienced wing always brings those small bank envelopes he saves from home and when he gets there he fills those up with the exact 1,800 and just hands those over to the girls with no tip included. LOL. When we exchange money at Jenny's market we always ask the guy in the back room to break a 1,000 peso bill and give us some 100 or 200 peso notes for this reason. Hoard those smaller bills. Tipping is entirely optional and should only be done for good service.

ST=1,800 pesos for sure and LT=3,200 I think. I don't do LT so others can correct me. P.S. all box pics taken were immediate post blowout. Naturally. Enjoy your trip.

A quick question: what are the current rates in pesos? For ST and TLN?

Most of them will not do it, as they are afraid to get their hairs wet.

500 or 600 pesos doesn't really matter, that's a great interview process.
Regarding this cell phone: would like to have a working phone as I'm on a flexible schedule and I've bought a one-way ticket to the DR. Will be playing it by ear once I get there. Suspect I can get an orange card at the airport. If not, will deal with it during the week at Blackbeard's.
Hopefully can post some trip reports. New to the world of smartphones. This may be a boot camp for learning this device as one has to do something between rounds.
Again, muchisimo gracias.

Hi Riddler. Just disrobe before getting into the jacuzzi and take a seat on the edge somewhere and let the chica swallow the cock while she soaks in the water. That costs 600 pesos now but it's 1,800 if you dump your batch. On the phone thing BB's wifi is very strong at the bar / rest area but might waver in and out in your room depending which room you have. Not sure you should even bother getting a local phone there for a short trip but others might have different advice. Enjoy your trip there and your other venues. Please grace us with a good trip report (s). Hopefully with pics. LOL. Geo.

Not a noobie to international scene with several trips to Brazil, Peru, P. I. , Europe, Mexico, Thailand, etc and about 50 posts here.

Booked into BB's for the plug and play situation, RTFF but still have a couple of questions.
1) In the 500 p jacuzzi BJ interview, do you drop your britches prior to getting in the water and are the sweeties able to breath underwater?
2) Best way to get unlocked, flip. Phone - cell sim card? May be doing some other activities (snorkeling on S side of DR, possible stay at Campo Alegre in Curacao, visit to friend in Panama and / or? Have a smart phone but hopefully can take care of logistics via wifi.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Posts: 319Maybe you left your keys in the room in your shorts / jeans while in the shower?
I almost always take my keys to the bathroom. I did not have that problem, but once chica asked me about one thing I had in the safe and there is no chance that she was able to see it.

When I chica proof my hotel room I do so to protect myself also from the workers.
I've been to Blackbeards several times and know of cases where they have taken money, personal belongings, workers intentionally giving incorrect change back, and even overcharging for the food, only to pocket some of the money (and, of course, there is always the chica you spend time with ordering, behind your back, extra beers for her friends).
It happens all the time, even at Blackbeards. That is why some chicas are eventually fined and banned from the place. The same chicas you see at Blackbeards every so often you see in some of the Puerto Plata pick up places and even in Sosua. The last time I was at New Garden I bumped into one of the former Blackbeard chicas. If the chicas in Sosua and Puerto Plata can steal from you so can any chica at Blackbeards.
Management tries to monitor the bad behavior at Blackbeards, and even monitor people making such comments on this board (hey, they have to make money. I understand this yet people need to know the truth). I admire the owner John for lasting so long in the business and I would continue to go to Blackbeards whenever I get the chance (although I've found greener pastures elsewhere) but one needs to use discretion even in such a place. To say the workers or chicas don't steal in Blackbeards because it is against the rules is like saying there are no murders committed in the United States because it is against the law! The rules only lessen but do not stop any wrongdoing.
If you were responsible with your money and feel that someone took it this is what most likely happened.
You would be surprised what the workers and women would pull when they are dealing with intoxicated customers. Sometimes the sum of money is so low that the customer is not even aware of it. I've seen it.
Blackbeards is as safe a place as it gets yet one still needs to be careful. I find the same cons there as in any other place, but to a lesser degree.

Have any of you guys had money missing from your safe? A prior time I visited I was sure of it but I changed out a large sum of money so it was not as easy to track. I only exchanged about 400 $ (18,000 peso) last time plus I had a couple thousand peso already and I woke up with 5000 peso in my safe after 2 girls how is that possible?
