Yes they are but you have to be careful. The place is like a Mob Place. You can easily get ripped off and no one to help. Hygiene can be an issue as well.

Never the less. Better to stay low for the coming days, I personally will not approach the street establishments. Will use Hotel type places. That will be safer due to open eyes down to alert the one up.

The good news is that it clarify things: the fine goes to the establishment and the patrons seem safe. And m'aow if they catch you getting it on with your favourite masseuse is another story.

What I can't fathom though is why in the world the Ministry of climate change and environment would be involved in regulating spas? Probably just a mistake by the journalist.

Always looking to try a new establishment found a card in Karama and called. Turns out it was a spa named after a precious metal and a day of the week. Walked in and at one red was allocated Miss H, an African girl, probably early to mid 20's. Massage started and was obvious from the start she was new and didn't really know what she was doing. While chatting turns out she had only just completed her training. And it showed. There was the offer of extras but based on the massage didn't feel like it would be any better. Nice enough girl but sometimes you just know.

After leaving frustrated headed over to Oud Metha behind Lamcy. Not sure how to frame a clue for this given its a non English name. Small establishment with four Vietnamese girls working. Was allocated a larger than average girl with breasts to match. Massage was much better that the previous attempt and when offered extras settled on B2B for 200 as extras which was well but not spectacularly executed.

WIR. Probably not, there are better options available.

Had popped into 1 of my favourite Rigga AMPS. Excellent service as always although a few of the good girls seem to have moved on.

N*N* was available, is Thai although reception claims she is Korean. FS was 1 red with lots of GFE.

Location- building with a (King in Hindi) supermarket on ground floor.

Find the KFC on Rigga road. This is exactly opposite but 1st behind the main road.

Counter - 70.

FS- 100 (for the Korean / Thai, had a bad Chinese there who asked for 150 and rushed thru so fast I was out in 35 mins all done).

Line up is not so great. You can look and choose. Definitely go only Thai or Chinese in these shops. Rooms are average, I believe the girls use the same rooms as accommodations also so expect some stuff lying around.

Hygiene is good. Rooms are fully closed up. You get a line up to choose as you like. Mostly thai with 1 2 Chinese.

Service varied a bit, few didn't like DATY or DFK. 2 were squirters. So your luck in that.

International city seems to be extremely cheap or is at least for me.

As you enter turn right at 1st and then keep driving looking to your left.

There is 2 separated by a gap of 2 3 buildings.

At both. Counter 1 red.

FS- 1 red.

I've had at least 3 girls from each and none have asked me for more than 1 red for FS. Most are happy to do HJ for half that.

Location- Building right next to a big school (not for kids, this 1 you will spend an eternity to pass their tests).

Found 3 AMPS, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor.

Tried all 3, 1 time each.

Counter - 70.

FS. Floor 4 n 5 asked for 1 red, floor 3 asked for 2 red which I wasn't in the mood for. So settled on B2B for 1 red.

Maybe I look like a cheap Charlie to everyone but I just don't.
