A couple of months ago I had to visit this neighborhood, near Al Qiyadah metro station. This neighborhood has a more oriental vibe than other parts of Dubai, Marina for instance, maybe that is due to the proximity of Sharjah. There are is an interesting mix of businesses all around: window tinting, car rental on top of a few apart hotels, office buildings and middle eastern restaurants. I had noticed quite few AMPS and decided to come back as I am interested in trying Arabic massage. Finally I decided to get there early this week and used a very useful geographic directory to call the places and inquire about their staff. First I called a place that had an Arabic name related to celestial bodies. For those interested it has staff from Russia, Morocco and Tunisia amongst other. The other one was named after a precious stone and had Russian, Thai, Ethiopian, Jordanian and Syrian on the menu and I could not resist trying the latter. When I reached the place, it was quite a big place and seemed to occupy most of the ground flour of a 4 flour building. At the counter prices where in line with SS for Asian staff (150) and a bit higher for the Arab girls (250 for 1 hour and 200 for 45 minutes). I decided on a 45 minutes session to limit the damage as per my policy whenever I visit an unknown place. Once I gave a couple of red notes, the receptionist (maybe a Fili) led me to the room, I walked past a few closed doors including a bathroom, but the place sounded empty and there wasn't much activity although it was almost 5:00. You paid much more than the standard. The price structure there is same as old Steps. FS is at 400. I suggest if you go there take the full menu. I know that this thread is reserved for Dubai but I wanted to share my experience in this Northern Emirate where I spend about a week working, it might be of use if anyone gets lost there. Anyhow Fujairah is so small that it'll never get a thread of its own.

Once I was done with work and after a good workout session I tried social media to find interesting places but the closest hits where in Sharjah.
