I remember Sandy Shoes was the most famous and reviewed spa here, but suddenly there isn't any post about it for a very long time.
Is it still as we remember? I remember visiting ss a couple years back and tried a girl named Neo or something I wonder if she is still here.

Since the spa is in a Office tower, I don't think it will be open and accessible at 4 AM. But hey, this is Dubai you never know The best would be to ask them.

I think for 24 h spa, you can head to Tecom or Business Bay and you'll find more open business at that time of the day.
