Try underground, as you go along the short road with the roundabout almost directly in front of you (on the roundabout) you will see a down ramp with no barrier. Under there is named parking for the shop and for the gym. Alternatively if you are going to the downstairs AMP go to the barrier on that side (think of the roundabout as a clock face and it is in the 2 o'clock position) and buzz, tell them you are coming for the spa.

After many many months, I decided to drop by Sandy Shoes after a meeting in Tecom.

Went up to the reception. Decided not to ask for anyone specific and see what the luck of the draw brings me. Was assigned a new thai girl called Maya.
