Thanks to fellow mongers (esp. JustARub!) I was able to contact gigi and found the place with a nice view on the Burj al Arab.

Parking in the backyard is perfect. Only in the evening it might be possible, that someone parks the car in the entry to the parking waiting to pick up some food.
