It was lovely Tuesday evening with chill in the air as I searched for parking on the Sheikh Zayed road. As expected it was not easy to find a parking there. From Crown Plaza onwards I drove slowly with occasional taxi driver trailing me and honking. Sometimes I pull over and give peace of mind to these taxi drivers that only idiots honk in Dubai. Any of you reading this who have been mongering for any length of time are either going to think this FR is naive / childish or it will bring back happy memories for you!

Place is actually a branch of a well known sleepy chain of MPs that are largely clean (as far as I can make out). This one was slightly hidden away in a hotel. As my previous experiences had been legit I wasn't expecting much action.
