So one weekend, after going to the Pointe and after a walk on the Palm Jumeirah boardwalk, it happened to be convenient to stop at the Dubai Marina Mall for a bit of shopping (I wonder why.) And when dropping my purchase back at the car, I noticed that the mall has a pretty convenient access to the Dubai Marina Promenade, and so decided to walk along on the way to the elusive steps. I had already gathered the location from the FF, along with a bit of Google Street View (now I understand how much it was helpful when it came out, but most of their recent pictures are from 2016, some from 2014, and considering the turnover in this business, it can be hard to check for storefronts. And some of the buildings we now go to weren't built at the time the pictures were taken). This was the late afternoon / early evening, and the promenade was quite crowded, although the crowd eventually thinned out by the time I approached the place.

Now there was a bit of nervousness, as I know that a few of my colleagues live in the Marina, and some in buildings fairly close to my destination, so a chance encounter is always a probability (now I know the chance of bumping into a colleague walking in or out of the place is infinitesimal, but the human brain is not good at judging such low odds). So anyway, I walked in as a local had just walked out, and asked for a one hour massage, which was set at 2 reds. I was led by the receptionist to the massage room, which had a high massage table and no shower. My therapist came in, pretty pert Thai (named after the repetition of a qualifier that was added to a sub-genre of metal music in the late 90's to early 2000's) with blond hair, a nicely sized pair of boobs (man-made)...

The showers are pretty okay but yes they are. Close to the reception. I don't know why she asked you to carry the wallet. Strangely they don't have any hooks to hang you clothes. You have to drape it on the sofa.

Another thing is that 3 reds would have done the job. Given that you are paying 2 reds for a room without ensuite showers. I have never paid more than 3 there. The service in steps is always great there is no drama or any fuss.

Nice report Marco, Finding Steps with the clues by doing extensive RTFF is fun and one enjoys the Treasure hunt. I remember in early years we gave a clue of 29 Steps. Had come back from holidays back home just before new year's eve, and had planned to get a massage once back in Dubai.

I had read on this thread about a place whose name evoqued the achievement of calm and the firmament, set on a street whose name is the same as the main plaza at the Expo 2020.

So I showed up in the mid afternoon, parked in front, and entered. Was shown the rate card (1.5 reds for a one hour Thai massage), paid and was then led upstairs to a small room with a mattress on the floor. I changed into the blue shorts and laid on the mattress. This is my second visit to this spa. Although I liked the first visit, I felt the rooms and washroom aren't that great. Tried several spas in between but didn't like the girls there. So visited this spa again.

Comms were super easy and observed 2-3 new girls in the line-up. I reached the spa and choose one therapist. The guy at the reception told me to wait 10 minutes for the girl and recommended another girl if I don't want to wait. I went with the girl he suggested. The girl told me that we have to go to the flat on the upper floors as rooms are full busy here. Luckily the girl picked the coat but I still felt the awkward looks of people in the lift. I don't know if both floors are being operated by the same owners but the names of spas are different. The upper floor has better rooms but no showers (bummer).

The Thai girl (Ms. D) (he recommended) is a little small to my liking and her body is also average. The massage was pretty good actually. Honestly, her massage technique and pressure were so much better compared to the 4-5 experiences I had in Dxb. She popped up the question 30 minutes into the massage. She asked me directly If I want to have FS for 2 reds. I obliged and the deed started. She started with kissing all over the body and then BBJ. I was apprehensive about BBJ because she had the braces. But man, this is the best ever BBJ with some deep-throat action.
