Thank you for reporting about your experience and indeed the scene there is quite uneven. There's a separate user thread for the Northern Emirates and this post would have been quite relevant there. There are a few decent options, one next to the ADNOC gas station (King Billa's find if I am correct) and a series of spas along the SZR on your left hand side when you're going North. Another option is to use location based app such as WeChat and even better Telegram for AAMP, but quality is quite low IMHO but at least you can check the girls' pic beforehand.
