After my plea for help on the ISG forum (thanks again responders) I got a few useful pointers so here's the result.

One of the seniors on this forum told me that I had to do what everyone else has done before me and fine my own way into the AMP scene starting with the cards deposited on windscreens available in car parks across the Emirate. I thought an update may be useful. Miss K remains the go to massage place for me. The massage is always excellent. It is actually very good. As good as one would get one of the better ones I have across. She is trained therapist and can focus on area of the body where there pain and she does do a great job.
