A couple of questions:

As I said, my internet probably won't be appropriate for research on arrival. How is Dubai for pay as you go internet service? Any issues with foreigners getting sim cards etc? Any issues with site monitoring by authorities when you are in country?

Of course, should someone take take pity on me and PM me the real details I would be eternally grateful! Preference is Thais or Filis.

Unfortunately work rules will preclude me from the bars to search for freelancers, so if anyone has spare regulars let me know!
