Its been years since I lived in Heidelberg but my Deutsche friends tell me not much has changed. If you're in Heidelberg your best bet are the brothels scattered through the suburbs and industrial areas. Search Ladies. De (Google translate for website works decently but a basic grasp of monger specific German is very helpful) for "heidelberg" as Ort and you'll find a listing of independent and brothel providers. Most brothels have 15,30, 45, and 60 min packages w the 45 and 60 min packages including two or more cups and franzosiche ohne or BBBJ or one of other options such as DFK for if I remember correctly 40,60, 80,100 or+ euros respectively.
