Get the highest floor that you can and towards the back if possible (closer to Avenida 3 than to Avenida 1). Count your change very carefully in the bar and do not run a tab.

No part or the the. Are. Is quiet. $11 Chica Fee. Rooms are not the nicest. Most of the guys can walk a block or 2, Staying at the much nicer Zona II, Scores, Mona Lisa, Sportsmen and La Amistad. Mona Lisa I would say is the quietest and they have chica's on the premises.

On a future trip, I would like to go to Drake Bay so I could get in some scuba diving at Cano Island. I already know that there won't be any girl action down there as I'll get that in SJ. Question for any of you who have done it. Better to fly or drive to Drake Bay from SJ? I know that driving takes longer but if it's that much cheaper, I am willing to try it.

Well, if you take the bus and have all the time in the world, It's about $15 each way. If you hire a private driver, tour company or transfer company, it is more expensive driving than flying, unless you plan on taking sand to the beach. 13th trip to Costa Rica next week. I haven't stayed at the Del Rey in many years. I think I would like the convenience at being at ground zero again instead of having to walk over there daily to check out the talent. Anyone can give me some input on the current condition of the rooms? I will probably just get a Standard room. Also, any advice on what part of the hotel has the quietest rooms?

Is there something like the Better Business Bureau I could check with? I know this is off topic, but I was hoping someone would know. If this post is too far off topic, please delete.

Horatio, probably is a little off topic but not by much. Let me explain. #1, no such thing as a better business bureau down here so you will have to rely on Google. Best thing since the BBB. #2 Many guys such as yourself do come down here to Monger and get dental work done at the same time. With the amount of money you will save (50-75%) you can have one hell of a time with the chicas and have a fresh smile to boot. Pm Me and I will give you some info on clinics. Keep smiling.

I'm hoping the experts on this forum can offer me some advice. I have been to Costa Rica several times, but have only done a small bit of mongering there. I have another trip this summer and I'm looking forward to checking out the scene at DR, Zona II, etc.

My question is this: I'd love a nice girl for my first night in town, a Saturday. It seems going out to DR or Zona II might be hit or miss--thus I'm thinking of lining up an escort. I contacted one agency that sent me a link to pics. The girls look nice and they claim GFE, which is impt. To me. They want $125 for two hours. So--for you more experienced CR mongers--is an escort a good idea? Or should I simply head to Zona II, etc when I get in? Basically I want two hours of good fun with a nice, hot GFE girl.

When you exit airport, go back upstairs to the departure area, pay your exit tax in advance ($29) Then head over to BAC San Jose and exchange some money, (551 to the $1) after that, walk back out of the building and turn left and go to the street. Turn Right and you will see the bus stop. When you see the Red and white bus that say's Alajuela on it, ask the driver if he is going to San Jose. If he is and not Alajuela, hop on, give the bus driver colones and take off.

I only have a small bag and I can take a bus to wherever and then take a taxi.

A taxi will cost $25-$30. You can take the Alajula bus for about $1 and then walk from the bus station to the Rey.

The Sportsmen kitchen closes at 10. Zona II does it have a kitchen and closes around 9. There are plenty of eating establishments in the gulch area open 24 hours a dayear old L. The. One Lucky Dogg.
