After almost 18 long years of operations, the COVID and the strict regulation of the local government closed a very well known place where you could get a lot of girls. The King Nest is now closed.

Thanks for the update. I see you posted the clubs info from google, or maybe some other source. I noticed many restaurants, casinos, clubs, bars etc also say permanently closed on google when in reality are only temporarily closed. If you have some other direct information it is closed then certainly that is solid but, if you are relying on google the information may not be correct or up to date.

On a side note, it appears the airport is scheduled to open on September 19th. Many of the clubs are preparing to fully open on August 21st. Up until now you were only allowed in by reservation. The legislature and president are battling over power and, the supreme court basically ruled any restrictions in regards to covid are invalid and not enforceable. So as of now there is no rule of law on covid and, no one knows exactly what can and can't be done so many places are opening. Who knows if that will change but, as of now this is the latest.

Finally made my way to ES.

I stayed close to metrocentro so my closest clubs were Fuego, Kairo, Blue, and Pasarela. Unfortunately, because of time constraints I was only able to visit Fuego in that area.

Night #1.

I had the same problems with Uber canceling my trips, so I asked one of the driveres why this happens so iften so it seems that most drivers doesn't like payments by card due a commission debts that they have, all the money for angiven trip will go to uber, that's why most drivers prefers pay with cash, so if you are having problems with cancellations just change the payment option to cash and you should be fine, this problem is most frequent at night.

I had repeatedly problems with and wasted much time on uberdrivers that canceled on me after first having accepted, I asked the drivers that did show up why that might be and they seemed to think the ones who canceled only wanted customers paying in cash, so choosing the cash option in the uber app might improve your chances getting a ride. Also most uber drivers where very distracted by their phones and some of the older ones also confused by their phones. I eventually started looking up price with uber, then offering a dollar more to whatever yellow taxi I found which usually worked out, the registered taxis have plates starting with A. Outside of San Salvador I had no luck at all using uber only wasted time searching for ride and if seemingly getting a ride then drivers canceled on me.

I have walked to and from Fuego and Kairos to hotel closeby metrocentro many times at night, I never encountered anyone bugging me, I would say unlikely anything bad to happen if you are sober, but still a silly extra risk to take.
