My guide Roberto, who took me on a day trip to Copan, gave me some extra stuff to see including Santa Tecla on the way back as well as this huge crater lake near volcanoes about 40 min outside of San Salvador at no extra charge. I can see that there are some awesome natural sights in the country.

And the two monger places I went to (Kiss Fresh and Zou Sports Bar) would technically make El Salvador a very inexpensive place to monger, I'm just not an incall type of guy as much. Too bad I did not find any reasonably priced outcall options as the Backpage girls wanted $100 (which still isn't bad by North American price standards) but sure not at the level of the incalls.

When I was there he knew of safe FLs just around the corner from Novo Apart Hotel that would do affordable incall, $40 per hour.

I came to SS around 09:00 pm, kiss fresh was already closed. Stayed in Sheraton, in the middle of Zona Rosa. The city itself is clean, looks like USA, with all possible USA brands, McDonalds, Denny's etc. But there are no people on the streets. Only cars and guards with guns. Decided not to walk even in Zona Rosa.

Found a bar where I had couple of drinks. Let's start mongering activity.

Came to la Oficina I paid 10 $ entrance. There were 10+ chicas, none of them doable.

Immediately left and asked taxi driver to bring me to the Lips, that was closed. Decided to stop in Insomnia. Excellent place, high class of girls but they asked $200 for sex that was too much for my pocket.

There was only one option left-Sol.

Four girls inside, one of them is excellent, in her 20 ties, slim, my choice. 45 $ - 0.5 h. 100% GFE experience, even better than in Guatemala. She brought lubricant but even did not need to use it, since she got wet by herself, that is very good sign for me.

Excellent experience, good price, recommended.

Now, let's move to la Libertad.

Rates from BP girls are high IMHO. They are overpriced because the salvadoreans living abroad, when they return home to visit, pay those prices, or foreigners feel is not overpriced compared to US fees and donations. Me as a salvadorean, never do that. I always go to places like Zou, 316 or Volvereta for example, and after some conversation and a couple of drinks, convince the girls to meet me outside at my hotel after hours. Its a good deal for them because they keep all the donation and they are not pressured, and even enjoy a few drinks. I always stay at a hotel nearby, so they feel more comfortably about the outcall.

The Pupusas on the way to the airport in Olocuilta are the best.

San Salvador gets such a bad rap. I tell people all the time just use some common sense, stay out of the bad areas just like you would in any city around the world. However most people just have bad thoughts about the place and can't bring them selves to visit and explore. Actually that is fine for me. This way it never becomes an overpriced tourist trap.

I had pupusas in the towns of Santa Ana as well as Santa Tecla. Both places were really safe and pupusas were cheap but yummy. And safe clean rooms need not be the domain of only the higher end hotels as my $25 per night room at Hotel Happy House were great and they had free breakfast too. It was five min walk from the Hotel Intercontinental and the Metrocentro mall where tons of locals walked around.

I'm sure if I spent more time there, I could probably get a line on decent incall options but for me, I'll have to have better scuba diving elements included to warrant a return trip. Unless I return as a layover as part of a trip elsewhere.

Well I finally got around to writing my report, I only had a one night layover. But without the help I would have been lost so thanks everyone. First off, I was pretty impressed with San Salvador overall. Much better than I had imagined or heard about. I stayed at the Hilton which was beautiful, a very nice hotel and nice room. Nicer than many other Hilton's I've stayed at. Got in kind of late unfortunately so I missed Kiss Fresh and just went straight for food. Hired a driver from the hotel, and yes its touristy overpriced but still inexpensive for US prices and safe. The driver recommend Tipicos Margoth for some local pupusas. Did not disappoint, way better than ones I've had in the states. After that I went to Lips. Definitely a cool experience and some hot girls. Didn't spend a lot of time as I'm not much of a strip club guy. But worth a stop. After that went to Zou Spa. Nice, roomy place on the inside but I was the only customer which was awkward. The girls, quite a few, all did a presentation on stage and there were a couple of lookers but the awkwardness of it made me want to check someplace else out. I would go back to partake though. Driver didn't know where Kairos was so couldn't go, he even stopped and asked a couple of people but they said it was closed or just didn't know. Who knows but I didn't want to waste time. Ended up then hitting a couple of casas were I didn't see anything really memorable until I hit Mansion. Typical casa and I found a very nice looking girl that I chose. Good performance but I can't remember her name. The next day on the way to the airport stopped at the place you guys recommended and had even better pupusas! Overall I had a good time and I will definitely be coming back to spend some more time here, possibly this year.

I forgot to mention in my Kiss Fresh report that there are several uniformed armed guards throughout the place (one outside and several inside) while at Zou Sports Bar, there was only one outside and none inside. Don't let the presense of the armed guards deter you. I think it was overkill at Kiss Fresh but anyway.

I never did make it to Mansion 316 as I was too tired and had a very early morning pickup for 5 am for the airport. By the way, it was my guide who also provided airport pickup and return at about 2/3 the cost of cabs. He was very reliable for both the airport transfers as well as the Copan and city tours. It would mostly be a one day or two stay.

First stop is going to be Costa Rica and then Guatemala and on the way back El Salvador.

But I might do Copan and Tikal from Guatemala.

This really doesn't have much to do with mongering in the area, but as a public service aside, I'd give myself at least a full day and a couple nights stay in Copan Ruinas. One of the best archeological sites in the entire Mayan world, with a very good museum on site as well. And the little town nearby has a really cool, laid back vibe with nice bars and restaurants. Didn't have a chance to checkout the local scene as I had brought my own entertainment along, but Hell, I've no doubt it's there.

If he's still around, a young tuk-tuk driver by the name of Jesus would be your man. Knows everyone, everything, and will take good care of you. He's got a taste for the local chicas himself.

It's Saturday late morning and overcast in SS so I decided to try walking down to Zou Sports Bar. Lots of locals walking about around the Metrocentro mall area and since it was a few degrees warmer, I opted to walk down via the east side of the mall. I blended in by wearing jeans instead of shorts, a golf shirt and dark glasses. Since I have black hair, I should not bring too much attention to myself.

Stayed on the big streets until the pseudo residential area where Zou was which is also across from a sports stadium. There were still some people walking around (both men and women). Zou Bar is not clearly marked by there were some guys standing in front of a garage like opening as well as an armed guard across the street watching so I figured this was the place. They confirmed and once inside the garage area and checked, I was motioned to go up a stairway that led to a doorway which said Zou Sports Bar.

A hostess welcomed me and my cover was $5 including a drink. The inside is much smaller than Kiss Fresh and not as nice. It was much like somebody's outdated rec room with the addition of a stripper pole. I was their first customer and there were only about 8 girls working. They did their presentation and although as a group, they were not as good as the group on Kiss Fresh, they were okay and I picked a 19 year old named Jocelyn.

It was $28 for 30 min, $33 for 45 min and $40 for an hour. I took the 45 min. Priced were better here than Kiss Fresh but again it was not as good quality. My girl took me behind where there were a few rooms and a share bathroom where we showered. They did not use the water bowl thing like they did at Kiss Fresh.

My girl worked harder than the one I had at Kiss Fresh. I started out okay but again I did not finish. This time I warned the girl in advance that I may not finish and she was fine with that. When I terminated the session, we showered again. We were provided with only one single towel between the two of us which I thought was cheap if two people showered before and after.

When I came out after dressed at about noon, two more guys had come. All of the staff inside Zou when I was there were women. I took my bottle orange juice out with me since I figured it would be good for the walk back.

I decided to take another route back to my hotel which was just a three minute walk north from the Intercontinental hotel. The return route went past Mansion 316 which is a green house on a corner and I went north from there to connect back on main streets and this time I went up west along the big mall. Lots of traffic and people at the Metrocentral mall district.

So at no time during my route down and then back up to my hotel did I ever feel unsafe. The temps are borderline for me as I made it back to my hotel.

So Zou was worth visiting but Kiss Fresh is obviously the higher quality venue but a bit more pricey. For me, I think there will likely always be at least 1-2 girls I would do at these places.

If the temps were higher like the case of clear skies, I would probably take the cab. But I at least demonstrated that walking is possible although uncommon regarding walking to one of these bars.

I might return later in the evening to check out Mansion 316 since it opens to late at night.

Did Copan today as full day trip from San Salvador. My guide drove through El Salvador, Guatemala and to Copan Honduras and back with stops for pupusas. Highly recommended.

Okay made it into SS. I flew from Roatan since this is my last leg of my trip. Nice looking girls in the duty free at the Airport so I was in the mood already. The customs official did not speak much English and I speak only a bit of Spanish but we got through it. I paid him $20 for a tourist card he put on my passport. I think as the biggest airport in Central America, they should be bilingual. Heck, all of the staff servicing travellers in Roatan's tiny airport were bilingual.

I got picked up by a guide I found online since I will be using him for a day trip to Copan ruins. He took me to Hotel Happy House which is walking distance to the Intercontinental hotel and Metrocentral mall. My large room with three beds private bath was just $25 per night and was very clean.

My guide actually gave me a free driving tour of where Kiss Fresh was. It was certainly walkable from my hotel but the daytime temperature was over 30 degrees Celcuis which is way too uncomfortable for me. So I took a cab for $6. He also took me to where Lips was.

If the daytime temps were about 18 degrees Celcuis, I would definitely walk it to Kiss Fresh. So cabs it is then.

I got to Kiss Fresh and they hooked me up with Jonathan who speaks English. Cover was $7 which includes a drink. He said whenever I was ready, he will call a lineup of girls over. They announce this on the PA. The girls one by one shake my hand. Although most of the girls were quite pretty, about two thirds were thicker than what I like. But I settled on a skinny 20 year old blonde whose uncommon name I forgot.

I declined to offer to buy her a drink and she gathered some stuff We went upstairs. The room as well as the entire bar was nicely done. She washed me over a little steel bowl of water. Then we got to business as I took a Thursday 45 min special for $34. Usual prices are $32 for 30 min, $37 for 45 min and $42 for 60 min.

I was not able to finish and this young thing seemed to be disappointed when I said I was done without the leche. She then wanted me to lie in bed with her. I am not sure if this was because she was not allowed to leave the room if the session was under what I paid for or not. But I would have fine with this. So I stayed for awhile longer.

The staff was quite helpful as they called a cab, likely a private one, for me and my rate back to my hotel was also $6. Kiss Fresh is a nice place although I personally prefer to bring girls in my room where I control any music playing etc. But I don't think late nights will work for this trip since a have early mornings scheduled.

After Copan, if I have the energy, I will hit mansion 316 since it opens late. And on my last day, I will try Zou Spa. The Backpage ads are all quoting $100 so not good option for me. I like the Kiss Fresh prices and the adequate lighting there allows me to see what the girls look like although many have no smiles.

Will report on the other places as I visit them.
