My guess is that Jackson has acted on the request of a number of guys who wanted the Bareback reports and threads moved to a seperate Bareback AO forum. Since this requires some re-organization of the forum, I suppose that he wants to change any wrong categorizations at the same time.
If it weren't for the guys who are objecting to the bareback reports, this entire "define" exercise would indeed be pointless.
