Not quite. At the GB01 gangbang that Ifouu went to the organizers test for Syphillis as well as HIV. They used in the past also test for chlamydia and gonorrhea using the blood tests but I am not sure whether blood tests for these last two are reliable which is probably why they no longer bother with them.

The list of other nasty things which they don't test for including herpes, HPV, hepatitis, urethritis, orchitis, urinary tract infections and so on.
