No add-on offers, so no AO. Anal, Swallow not asked, sorry.

Pro:

- The place has been renovated quite a bit. Same layout though. The "porn cinema" is nice now, but would fit better in a swinger club.

- The woman are mostly bulgarian / Romanian that are very responsive to nice treatment. This place may not be AO anymore but it sure is my best bet to get the GFE. Esp. Because the flatrate and not pay-by-fuck!!

Cons:

- As of end of September (the discount-starting-offer month) the girls were grade 3-6 at best, about 5 to 6 there. Non of the girls on the page were there (anymore?) The quiet beauty brasilian (I saw off work.

(I have seen a quick turnover and varying quality. So I would say the range for this place, based on 7 visits is 3-8, with a average of perhaps 4-5. This is due to my low ranking of the frequent thick woman there.).

- the girls provide a nice GFE but anything beside fucking is not good / avalible. Maybe kissing, but that very much depends, I guess.

Conclusion: May be still worth it if you like a still-cheap flatrate place and don't care too much for looks.

That was definitely not Aydan on the phone! She doesn't speak enough German to handle the phone and no English at all. So unless you talked to her in Turkish, that must have been someone else you spoke to.

And I'm still not convinced that they continue doing AO, since I have heard otherwise.

Love Factory is gone, the former team has moved from Kerpen to Viersen and opened "Fun Park" with the same kind of parties they had in Kerpen, so I don't think they will ever return there.

The place in Kerpen is called "Partytreff Havanna" now and is not AO anymore, because the manager doesn't want that.

So with Love Factory gone, I'd say that this thread here can get closed as well.

I couldn't find any hint at AO on the website.

And I don't think there's going to be any. I've already heard stories about guys having been there during the refurbishing phase when the former Love Factory AO girls like Aydan, Janet and Suzan were still there. Even with those girls AO wasn't possible anymore, not even for former regulars, so the guys asked for their money back by the dozens for not getting AO anymore. (And got it back!) All this is the fault of the new management: Who in his right mind takes over an AO club, keeps the women there and then doesn't allow AO anymore? Janet, Aydan, Suzan, Roxana and others are now at Limitenstraße in Mönchengladbach, again available for AO.

So who wants to guess how long this "Club Havanna" will remain open?

I had a 5 hour visit on the new location at Dammweg today. I give the place, "Fun-Park", 8 of 10 and the girls 7 of 10. It seems that my recently posts just disappear here so I will not put time to write a new detailed report.

Yes, there seems to be something wrong with the forum's new system. I've seen several empty boxes in various threads during the past months.

But please, don't let that stop you from writing a report. Just save it for yourself first before you upload it here, so you don't loose it and can try uploading it again later.

And I also think it would be prudent to put reports about Fun Park into the regular Bareback AO thread for now. At the day of my visit they had already put a jaccuzi in the corner were the table was. He told me "everything will change / improve seriously, including girls".

He was quite negative to the current state and definitly had plans as beside the pool there was painting and remodeling starting with on site workers! M.

As a result the price will go up to 90 E.

Lets see what happens, the "new" place should be done by start of August, I was told.

As far as girls go, the slim blond one and the bigger turkish one will stay. The bar woman said they expect some of the other girls back, too. The old management seems to have relocated. No info given on this.

Well, that sounds promising, provided they will keep on doing AO. The refurbishing is good and necessary, the higher price is of course not good, but could be worth it, if it includes AO.

Although I don't get it. There was no warning, not a beep from Eco when I met him the last time I was there 2 weeks ago. He did tell me that he was about to open a new location in Viersen, but didn't say a thing about Love Factory getting closed. My only hope is that they only closed the place temporarily for refurbishing purposes. The shower room needs it. It would be a shame if it got closed for good; Viersen is almost half an hour further away for me.

Which I do not recommend, despite never having been there. But a buddy of mine just e-mailed me a few days ago that he had his bag stolen by some guys, complete with tablet, cellphone and videocam. So it would have been safer after all to have left the stuff in the car instead of bringing it into a place spread over 3 stories with no lockers. Therefore my interest in visiting Limitestraße 145 is gone completely now.

Let's hope the new place in Viersen works out and Love Factory gets re-opened soon.
