I kept walking 12th street, hoping the map or my memories were wrong. I walked past a non-descript black obelisk of a corner building simply marked Passiones. I did find a Paradise, but it was an aquarium, and since I was now by the fenced in strip mall and the pedestrian bridge that led to the WalMart, I turned back.

When I got back to black obelisk, the 10 parking spaces were full, music was bleeding out, and a platoon of hard men in soft shoes and cheap "men in black" suits were loafing around the side entrance, some of them standing the corner using flashlights to wave drivers to valets. Yep, as I suspected before, it was a strip club, and a very well financed one. New, and with tailor made accommodations.

I walked 20 minutes to Lady's VIP and was disappointed by the quality of the girls and the surroundings. The sheet on the bed did not look very clean.
