    Men's Club

I had a decent experience here in August, so I thought I would give it another try.

Upon walking in, a light-haired, extremely well-built chica caught my eye. It was between her and a lovely little thing with no tits.

I went for the big tits.

Lorena was well-practiced at seduction, which I liked. She had a killer body and claimed to be 26, but I would guess more like 34, especially when I saw her in the lighted room.

The first thing she did was wipe off her lipstick and then tie back her hair, which kind of ruined her look.

I did appreciate that she kept the light on. Too many chicas here turn it off so that you can't see them. However, she refused to use lubrication, and was very demanding in bed.

Every time I tried to feel those tits, she pulled back and made up some excuse. Perhaps because she had lied to me and said that they were natural, when they clearly were not.

Very mechanical in bed. The attitude of the chicas just seems to be a little too professional for me. I will try it again sometime, but not with this chica.

    Cost was Q 320 ($42). Address: 3 Ave 10-37, Zona 9.

    Venus

After leaving Casablanca, I walked a few feet over to Venus, on the same block. In comparison, it was a breath of fresh air.

There were about 8 chicas, a couple of which were very hot. I spoke to a tall, pretty Nicaraugan, but we didn't really hit it off. I suspected a very bad attitude, and pursued her no further.

Next, a very slender, pretty Honduran caught my eye. This chica had a sweet disposition and was very cuddly. I learned that the cost would be Q 300 ($39), and was ready to consumate an agreement, when a manager tapped her on the shoulder, whispered in her ear, and she went to sit with another guy.

That really pissed me off, and I left post haste.

    2 Av 11-10, Zona 9.

    Casablanca

I tried Casablanca on afternoon in August, on a holiday. It was the only place open at the time. An overweight middle-aged woman answered the door and was very agressive. The one thing I can say in her favor is that her English wsn't bad.

No way I would pay Q 300 for her. No way would I do her for free. Nor would I don the two other chicas there.

I found myself in the neighborhood the other day, so I stopped in again. Perhaps the talent was off on the holiday, and would be better now.

The same woman answered the door and acted like we were long lost friends. I couldn't believe that she would remember a five minute discussion and rejection over six weeks ago. They must not get much activity there.

Well, this time there instead of three ugly, overweight women, there were four. I guess that is an improvement?

    No gracias.

But if you want to try it, you can find it at 2 Ave 11-28, Zona 9.

    Disasters

    Expat,

I heard it was bad in the smaller towns and on the coasts. I hope things get back to normal for you soon.

Things are are fine here in Guate. The Carreterra El Salvador was closed for a day due to a mudslide, but is open now. We had gas lines for a few days during the hurricane, but no lines today.

There was an earthquake Friday, 5.0 on the Richter scale. I didn't really feel anything. Some say it means a bigger one is soon to come, but I am no scientist, so I don't know.

In the meantime, I am pleased to see that activity on this board is picking up. I have several reports I hope to get filed soon.

    EXPAT and to all

Sorry for not posting a reply sooner but as you know a hurricane past through here last week and has left many, many dead. Complete villages were wiped away and buried under 10-20 feet of mud. It's far worse than CNN is reporting. I had been without lights, water, telephone for the last 6 days (until yesterday). If you can Wanderlust it might be wise to re-book your flight for a later date or change locations. The Central American highway was serverly damaged and there is only one lane open from Guatemala City to Xela. The south coast was destroyed and the U.S military is here with some Black Hawks saving many people. It's a real mess but if you decide to come I have pleanty of beer and the ***** house are "Open"

    EXPAT and to all

Ex, left you a note in your PM but it just occurred to me that perhaps the new rules here at wsg have made somme of the Private message feature unusable.

ANYONE: I am anxiously hoping for some info before I arrive. I need info on the legalities of antique trade. No, I'm not talking about the old hag you picked up in a drunken stupor last night. Most helpful and appreciated would be a contact for one on one talk about the antique trade in Guatamala or neighboring countrys. Guys please help me out if you know something as I do not speaka ze spanish enough to begin to find out what I would like to know during my short stay and I must leave ttime for the ladies as well. They would be angry should I neglect them. Help a brother out lads. It's worth dinner & drinks to me for useful info. Anyone? I'll be arriving the 11th and will check here for a response during my 2 week stay. PM me or leave a post. WL

    Paradise

    Dodger Bulldog

    Right on !!

Thanks for doing the leg work on the location. The address is a "keeper" as no one should have a problem with the location again. I too like the ambieance of the place, and love to see all the chicas strutting their stuff around.

You are correct on the price, 400Q. I had mis-calculated on the conversion.

Karen's nice. Personality, disposition, and service wise. Glad you you enjoyed her time and conversation. She's not the youngest one there, and not that that always matters, but she's difintely a favotite of mine, and handles herself in a great manner. A little shy, but sexy as well.

    Eric,

With apologies to John Milton, Paradise is no longer lost.

I stopped by Extacis and asked the doorman if he knew where it was located.

He didn't, but he asked around and came back with the answer. Anything for a tip.

Karen said to tell you hello.

I stopped in and had a nice conversation with her. She is very excited that you are coming back to see her in November. You must have made quite an impression!

Nice place. Several hot babes. Q400 ($52) for half an hour.

Oh, it's in Zona 9 at 6a Avenida 12 Calle.

Hoping someone can tell me where I can get a 1-2 hour massage only. Never been to Guatamala. Looking for cheap. Possibly in the local's area's? Or are they available in zona 9-10? Cheap is the operative word here gents, as in way cheaper than massage AND puss. If so are there any recommended places or phone #'s for this type of service? Either in Guat City or the Flores region. WL

    Caprichos?

Whats the word on it. I went there last year and found some local cuties. I found a Russian that was completely wasted. She could hardly stand up. Some Nicas, and Honduras spinners. The place got raided and later on the police left with nothing and the party continued.

    Wanderlust

Re Zona 4.....too maany places to mention. It consists of about a 1 or 2 block radius, all next to eachother. All different in there own way.
I would not suggest one place over another. Part of the fun is exploring, and sticking your head in one place, have a drink and mnove on if you don't like what you see.

See which place the crowd is hanging out at, or follow the music that enchants you. All part of the experience while you are there.
You'll love it, and the weather is perfect year round

Thanks Erik and Expat for the nice info. Expat, please check your PM, I've left a message. Erik any particular street or club/bar in Zona 4 that you know of?

    @Wanderlust,

The crime situation *Has Not* improved, in fact I'll say it's spinning out of control. The crime problem is all gang related and most homicides are rival gangs killing each other. Tourist being robbed is not common down here unless you decide to go site seeing in Zona 1 at night. Let me describe zona 1, when the sun goes down everyone shuts down and it's like a ghost town. When driving through Z.1 most people places their firearms in their laps including me. Crack heads, glue-sniffers and the homeless own the streets at night so IMO be careful. Zone 10 as eric7 stated is cool and you can have a really go time, theres even 2 Hooters here.

Dental work is very inexpensive here as well medicine (pennies to the dollar). Lasik eye surgery is also popular and that runs about $300.00, which I'm seriously considering having done.

Land/Business Ownership: You can buy land, own businesses on a tourist visa, something I have been doing since 94'. There are many loopholes so there is no problem in buying something (all legal).

Antiquities: Yes there are laws pertaining to antiquities and their pretty tough if you get caught trying to remove them from Guatemala. The locals find all kinds of antiquities and they don't no what to do with them. I have an interest in this also.

    Wanderlust

My 2 cents. Don't know why anyone would want to hangout for 4 days or so, in Zona 1. Personally, I prefer Zona 10. Yes it's a tourist zone, but has numerous hotels/apartments to select from. Many cafes and restaurants. Upscale places as well. A 5 minute walk to a new multi-level mall, located next to (god-forbid, a Hooters restaurnat). But hot chicas that work there.

Many of the massage places/saunas are in fact in the Zona 1 area, but I wouldn't particularly care to stay there.

Also, the local newspaper has columns of escorts advertised, with fone numbers. It's in the yellow section 1/2 way in the paper. I have used this method many times when I didn't feel like going out. They come to the hotel.

Ex-pats hang out at Shakespear's Pub, across the street from Hol Inn.
Also around the corner from the H.I. is a bar called Cheers..owed by a canadian guy. Shakespear's is operated by an american girl, and has been there for about 25 years. 4 blocks down the street from the InterContinental Hotel is a bar called Los Estables...German guy owns that, and is a great place to chill out with great drinks and music. Upscale bar mostly for locals. Not a mongering hang-out.

Zona 4 has picked up tremendously in recent years, and is THE PLACE to hang out on a fri/sat night. Like a mini Bourbon street. Bar after bar with rock music, salsa, you name it. Elbow to elbow sometimes and cheaper priced drinks than that of Zona 10. Someone told me, this is what Zona 10 was like many years back. Taking a cab to Zona 4 from Z10 is still only around $5-$6.

Forget shopping for american style clothes. No particular deals as far as I am concerned. Quality clotthes from outlets and discount stores in the States are a better deal. Now if you like Che T-Shirts, you can find an abundence there!!

They have a tourist Mag in English, that you can find in some hotels and bars/rest. It's called Revue Magazine. Great great stuff in it. Hotels and rest. real estate, etc...throughout the country. They have the magazine on-line. the website is:
    http://www.revuemag.com/

Most people that go to Guatemala for a while, only spend a couple of days in G.C. and then head off to Antigua or Lago de Atitlan...Panajachel.
    Awsome awsome places.

Again, solo my 2 cents, but I hope it helps.
