I noticed that a number of clubs / events ask for a test prior to the visit and some don't provide on-site testing. With my travel schedule any testing done at home would be out of date by the time of the event. Does anyone know of same-day / short-turnaround testing facilities?

We are in a similar situation, even though I live in Germany. If I do a test at a doctor's practice in my home town, then the party might be over until I get the result or the test might not be current enough anymore.

The only options I had so far to get a written test result were driving 70 km to the nearest lab in the early afternoon, then kill 3 or 4 hours until the test is finished, go back there around 18:00 to pick up the result, pay the parking ticket and drive home again. Costs at least 20 € on gas and parking plus the 20 € for the test and takes at least 5 hours. Very unsatisfactory, unless you are already in a city that has a lab. That's why I prefer the 2nd option: Have the test done by Sexy-Susi's doctor-husband at one of her AO-gangbangs and combine the test with a party. Sweet, simple and the most easy solution without any additional driving hassle and no waiting time, since he prints out the test results sometime during the party and gives you the sheet when you leave.

That's why I'm so pissed off about Gangbang01 since last Thursday: Susi was at the Gangbang, the Doc was present, but wasn't allowed to do the tests because GB01 wanted to pocket the 20 € for the test themselves. So much for caring about health issues. I was counting on getting the test there, then I was told on the phone that I had to take the quick-test. Meaning that I had to cancel what I wanted to do with the test in the coming week, since I would have nothing to show. That pissed me off so much that I cancelled the party altogether and stayed at home.

Given these circumstances I think it's best to call Susi's phone (which the Doc answeres most of the time, epecially if Susi has her mouth full of dick and / or cum at the time) and ask if the test is done by the Doc at whatever party you want to go to. Aside from all that, I guess you can get a test at any lab, provided you get there early enough and are able and willing to wait a few hours for the result.
