Especially Susi's events are happening rather sparsely, Yvonne's are quite short most of the time. (No idea if and what the cost for couples is here.) At Melanie Moon's Spermabang, couples have to pay 70 (including the tests), whereas at Spermagames everything is for free for active couples. And since they also have the longest party durations, I therefore think that Spermagames is your best choice. So you should fly in via Frankfurt and use Frankfurt as home base; or use a place between Frankfurt and Karlsruhe. (Americans are usually fond of Heidelberg, although I do not know why.).
