My most recent and current DIA account was banned after 3 months of no problems. I emailed the admin, provided an exact copy of the message that put me in the sin bin (I typed it in a text editor, and not one word was changed), and my account was reactivated.

You'll see that they don't mention what was violating the code of conduct. They state I was "obfuscating something", and since my ban was almost immediately implemented after sending the message it had to have been done automagically.
