I think the problem with this thread is that scoring while staying at the Park is akin to fishing in a barrel between the bar with awesome live music, the discos and nightclub activity, and the proliferation of indie WGs on the street outside. Specially by the panwalla.

This goes for the overall Kolkota thread as well, between SG the MPs that offer FS, the brothels and the SPs who seem to ply their trade quite openly. To me, Kolkota is India's best mongering destination.

Friends,

Have been away. (away from reporting not mongering) for some time and was keen to see if our favourite haunt The Park at Kolkata is still worthwhile.

It is a pleasant surprise to see a dedicated forum for this preferred place to stay and monger in city of joy. But could not find any lead so far if this is still the same as I yearn to return.

Making plans to visit and walk the nostalgic journey in this city soon and looking forward to posts with pointers towards stay and / or opportunities as I know existed in this place.

Rates are OK as anyone who has dome one single stint in Films will ask similar. But never expect service as they are always in a hurry to finish off and rush. For me, their attitude is a big turn off so I prefer to stay away.
