I believe the legality of prostitution in Honduras is the same as in many Latin American countries. It's legal (or tolerated/ignored) but you can not run a brothel. I believe Guatemala is the only Latin American country I've been to that openly allows brothels. Most places allow you to meet women and take them to your hotel for money, but you can't have sex on site.

Prostitution is legal in Honduras and I've even seen government issued identification for prostitutes. Unfortunately, every girl that has shown me this identification has tried to rip me off. I'll just stick to the amateurs.

The police are really cracking down on massage parlors in Tegucigalpa. I visited one of my favorites behind McDonalds on Blvd Morazan last week. The next day I saw the Minister of Security Oscar Alvarez and a dozen police cars raiding the place. I also read an article in the local news the police have identified 20 such massage parlors in Teguc they suspect are fronts for prostitution.

I always thought prostitution was legal in Honduras ? I know they are after minors working these places. I´have visited all the parlors in town and never saw any girl that was that young.

Anyway, be careful.

Massage Parlor Crackdown

In Friday's La Tribuna there was an article about massage parlors being fronts for prostitution. Prison terms 8 - 10 years and lps 200,000.00 to lps 300,000.00 fines.
I have noticed an increased amount of massage parlor ads in El Heraldo in the last several months with some explicate wording.

The girl I saw twice her name is Andrea. The down side is that all she did was HJ and massage with no top. but she was great. I could not talk her into going out after or for more service. Not that I dont think she would have for $100 but I refuse to pay more than $40 for a the hottest chica for full service and ANDREA is a 7.
Kinder is a nondescipt house in a row of houses near a road with an overpass. Juan showed it to me the first time but everyone at the Maya knew about it all the taxis in fron of the hotel knew about it. Its 600L for a short time one shot. They will go out but they live there so the house controls everything so there is no way you can meet them "after work" which is the angle I work most of the time.
One more thing both places mention KINDER and EDA are opened on sunday. Which eliminates the what are you doing on sunday approach if you like I and are looking for "after work girls" which I think is bettter cause the girl gets all the money and the house none.

Hey Guys,
I have just returned from Tegucigalpa Honduras and here is what I found.

I stayed at the Honduras Maya got a good. rate of 45 per night
its 17.5 L to the dollar.
Taxis are 40-50L everywhere you go.
The 2 Clubs I went to Illusions and Nua Nua are overpriced but have a nice selection anywhere from 1000L and up and I tried to talk them down and get them to hook up after for less. all I got was a couple of "I will call you laters" and never did.

The one House I went to "Kinder" (and dont get the wrong impression they are all of legal age there) There were only a couple of girls when I was there they were nice and cute and wanted 600L per hour. This house is 8 blocks from the Hondura Maya but dont walk there, take a Taxi and have them wait the neighbor hood is not that good. from what I could find out most of the Houses are in bad areas far away and that takes them off my list of things to try.

The massage Parlors were good I went to 2 on the list from the Thread and they were exactly as described, 200L for the works.

The thing I found most interesting is that I was able to pick up 2 girls from the mall (across from the Intercon Hotel)one with some help from Juan Queso on the first night and the other on my own. FREE/ lunch,drinks and a cab

Also I was able to hook up at Castle Rock on 2 seperate nights, again for FREE/Drinks and a cab

I also went to several bars on Boulevard Morazon with out any luck. "Rana Iguana" being one of them, it was dead both times I went there.

As for the Gentleman in front of the Maya at night(Guiermo) he will hook you up with a cutey for 1000L/$60 expensive but safe you dont have to go ANYWHERE.

I also checked out the Casinos at the Maya and the Clarion and did not see any action.

All and All Tegucigalpa was a good place very similar to Salvadore and the rest of CA for me, where if you can speak a little spanish you can get Laid. If you cant you are going to have to pay for it or spend a lot of time looking

I guess you get what you pay for. In CR the girls are no less than a 7 mostly 8-9's for no more than $ 50.00 and it's legal ! I've never found anything better than a 6 in Teguc. It's just my opinion.

John Holmes when I look at the prices in CR..I gasp and think um no. It is just as expensive to go to CR as it is to stay in the USA.

Now some prices I saw, for one night with a woman in CR, I could have two women a day for a week in Honduras.

I dont know if it just stupid gringos or expensvie women.
