I like the fact that they have sauna and jacuzzi, nothing like kicking back in a jacuzzi for an hour just after you have blown your load, great to have something to do while waiting for ballen to refill. Also they serve food that is at-least edible. As much as I hate condoms I would prefer spending the day in a club like this rather than in a cheap bareback club with no food or facilities (of course there arent any cheap bareback clubs that are open everyday anymore).

My experience is about the same. It seems that this is an ordinary family house which is modified into a kind of closed club. On the ground floor, a large living room serves as a bar. Also have a sauna and jakuzi, mini hall for lunch, locker room, bathroom and toilet. Upstair there are many rooms, maybe 8, I didn't count.

I really like the "all included" system. You just have yourself time, without hurry * 6 hours costs 99 euros, and it is probably the best ticket (they also offer two-hours ticket, and all day ticket).

What to do? You go to the bar, chatting with the girls, take her upstairs and have sex, go back to have a drink, take other girl for sex, again return to go to the sauna or jacuzzi then again sex, rest, eat something, then another sex and all so. During my stay of 6 hours, I drank three beers, had sex with 5 girls, I ate quite solid food (rice with chicken and french fries) had a couple of coffees and a lot of non-carbonated soft drinks (great time for 108 euros, 99 ticket + 3*3 beer) Only alcoholic beverages are paid, beer costs three euros.

Found the place via taxi. The building is older, but easily accessible. First time in a flat rate place.

I was buzzed in and one of the girls came out to talk to me and take my money. 110 E for all day. 95 E for 4 hours. I paid my 95 and given a small locked box for my clothes in a tiny locker room. No bathrobes left. Given a big towel instead.

The buffet has about 5 tables. The bar is self serve for pop and juice and coffee. You can ask to purchase beer. In the bar there's a number of leather couches, where you sit and wait for the girls to return. Unlike an FKK club where girls circulate. The bar is the place to make the selection. But since it was flat rate, it was more a rotation.

I went to Treff 188 on the Thursday last week. It was very easy to find from the Eschborn Sud S-bahn station. Arrived at noon. Two other men already present. During the six hours that I stayed there were 10 different girls present. But all were not available simultaneously.
