I don't know what iam experiencing due to covid I can't even go to see doctor. My penis tip skin (uncircumsised) was tight and it has swelling one side half.

While I am applying coconut oil it get relieved; but not cured fully still having it

Maybe you have injured yourself unknowingly or in your sleep. If it's swelling then blood must have accumulated which is sign of injury. You must visit a doctor and get checked. Or if due to covid you are unable to go then try to call and seek advice either by phone or online.

Well, first of all, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, it must be very difficult for you. I kind of agree with what CactusJack said. What might help is a loving partner who can help you gain your confidence back. I unfortunately don't know how one goes about doing that. You could find a sugar baby who cares about you, but in India they are difficult to find. You could perhaps travel and find someone in a different country but I'm not sure if you have the means and / or the interest to do that. Hopefully you'll get a GF who could help you out.

I had a similar situation after a difficult time in my life, but I came out of it by myself. That should give you some hope.

Please take some time to help me out. I am posting here after exhausting all other sources, hoping to get some valuable advice.

I am 34, working and IT. My department is literally a heaven to pick girls. The atmosphere is very open, with the director himself having an affair with 3 of his managers. If your brain is too much used to it so you won't feel same situation during the real action. If you jerk off watching porn then you need to completely stop it. Has not happened. Visited Victoria Hospital, where the doctor understood & told me these things happen. He has seen legal cases filed by the woman, as the man cannot perform. Such cases come to them (as it is a govt hospital). They conclude nothing.

Is wrong physically, but the issue is at a physiological level. He told me to be strong physiologically and I should come out of it. I was happy to hear this. But, I have waited 8 months since that visit. My libido is as limp as a limp penis. Masturbation attempts also do not cause it to raise. In fact, I have lost my ability to generate erotic thoughts. But it hit me later that this could be serious. She says she gets tested regularly, but better to have my own checks in place.

Not to mention the remote scenario (I know am sounding stupid) that many years down the line, she can come with a child and ask for a ransom.

Any advice would be really welcome. Should I wait for a month and go for STD panel in Lal-Path as usual, or something else is better.

Don't worry bro. If she gets tested regularly there is unlikely that there is a problem.

Do all penetration with a condom-oral, anal, blowjob (the really thin condoms advertised have very high chances of rupture).

Get tested every 3 months if you are regular. There is nothing as hiv treatment but today we can manage hiv quite well.

Hiv was first seen in 1990's. Initial antiviral drugs used to cause a lot of side effects. Today a lot of safer drugs are present. The newer hiv patients are living a normal life due to newer drugs.

So, knowing that you have hiv early is very important so that you can start your antiretroviral treatment.

If sometime you discover your parter was positive and you had unprotected sex, there is POST EXPOSURE prophylaxis . These are drugs that prevent you from having hiv. Consult your doctor and have them.

This is more like psychological problem than physiological. You did not mention your age. Are you into too much of self-help mode? There is something coming into your subconscious mind which is preventing erection. Only a good psychiatrist can help you. But stop getting into 'self-help' mode, do some meditation and yoga.

Vijaya diagnostics is good for lab test.

Sometimes it's weird to ask random person to get you tested for HIV.

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.

Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

The most easy way to ask for a HIV test would be to go for a pre marital medical check up. They have various packages in which you can ask for what you are specifically looking for. They will do the tests according to your need. Another way is to go to any diagnostic centre and tell them that you need to undergo a medical test or blood test for employment purpose. Vijaya diagnostics is good for lab test.

Sometimes it's weird to ask random person to get you tested for HIV.

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.

Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

You can call it HIV test. There are 3 different type of tests-.

HIV antibody test, HIV nucleic acid RNA test NAT and HIV antibody. Antigen test.
