How certain is he they are tags and not warts? Is he obese, diabetic, or diagnosed with any metabolic or hormonal anomaly? He could try online teleconsultation to reduce anxiety and inhibition.

You won't get Viagra easily, but will get Indian variant in online stores. Like Suhagra etc. But in my view take that only if you have real problem. Otherwise not advisable.
