I have one quick query and appreciate if anyone can help me with that.

I am 44 year old and for few years I noticed that my sex drive was not the same as it used to be few years back. Can't sustain erection and sometime I don't even get up sometimes, and in number of cases I can't even get the erection while I am with my GF or any of the spa girl ended up doing nothing.

Decided to visit a doctor who recommended me Testosterone tablets for a month and assured me things will get back to normal.

My questions is, How effective are these? Are there any side effects by taking this tablets, I used to take ashwagandhaa with no possible, a results. About my health conditions I work out regularly and eat healthy, don't smoke and I drink once a week.

I have personal experience in this area. First of all, taking testosterone can change your body such that you no longer make your own testosterone. Second, be sure to get blood test to determine your current testosterone level. If you are below about 300, testosterone is likely needed. If above about 600, you dont need testosterone.

Next, I've never heard of testosterone being given in tablet form. Could these actually be vitamins that promote change in testosterone? I am familiar with several other forms of testosterone:

Daily gel. Very easy. Very expensive. Not always absorbed effectively.

Biweekly at home injections. Not expensive. Not fun to jab yourself every other week. Effective.

In office injections, which last about 60 days.

In office testosterone implants that last up to 90 days. Effective.

I recommend that you consult a urologist who specializes in men's sexual health before you start any real testosterone treatment. There are adverse side effects of which you should be aware prior to starting. Depending on the form selected, the cost can range from trivial (at home injections) to outrageous (daily gel).

Are you using boner pills? That is a much cheaper solution and it may be needed even if you take testosterone.

I am planning to undergo circumcision procedure this week due to phimiosis problem. I am little scared though since I have seen some videos which looks little scary. Has anyone done circumcision in past, can please share the experience? Within how many days one can resume normal sexual intercourse? Please guide.

I had phimosis too. First time I had sex I tore the foreskin and blood gushed out, lots of blood. So I arranged to see a urologist, and as soon as the tear had healed, had a circumcision done while under full anesthesia.

I can't remember how long it took before I was ready for sex again, but what's the hurry. I figure a couple of weeks, maybe three.

My foreskin mostly gets pulled up while sleeping (I sleep on stomach) and so there is friction between my shorts I wear to sleep and my inner penis skin. Maybe that is related too.

Yes, I had undergone circumcision quite some time back. The experience was slightly painful but not very painful. But a negative after effect of that surgery was that If a girl has a tight pussy and I enter her there is some tearing in the outer skin of my penis just below where it was cut by the surgeon. As a result I have to use lubricants whenever I have sex with a young girl especially thin girls. (Healthy girls have flexible pussies generally.

I would suggest you go for Penile frenuloplasty which is a new method for relief from phimosis.

Require friends help working around condom sizes in India. To my knowledge pharmacies mostly store standard sizes. This appears to be an issue because the condoms are too tight for my girth and leads to loss of erection. Apart from ordering xl condoms online, any ideas by friends about which brand / sub brand would provide a little more girth than usual?

A lot of information on the subreddit about condom sizes & other problems we face. For myself I ended up getting skyn elite large at 53 mm, I'm 14.6 cm in girth & 17 cm in length. They made a huge difference mainly for the girth were I was like OJ struggling to get the damn condoms on as I was simply too big.

Thanks brother you pointed out the issue of girth. As usually I don't take condom size in consideration, but today after seeing your report I search about it, and found that proper size of condom selection is also major part.

For your issue of girth / width problem I think online is only option.

In shop you can find with 53+-2 option available, for more than that online is only option available.

Yes I too never realized that condoms in India are available in only in medium size. I always had difficulty on putting them. Most time I lost hard on when I was trying to put them on. I used to waste them a lot. I don't know why it didn't occur to me that size could be issue. Then I found magnum large size on amazon. And that's best thing happened. Its all so easy now. Only skyn and magnum available. Skyn lubrication is not very good. Price fluctuates too much. I try to procure when their price is low on amazon.

The girth of usual male condoms from Indian brands do not vary much. Most physical pharmacies don't stock plus sized condoms from international brands as their demand is low.

If STD is not a concern, I prefer contraceptive gels, creams or suppositories, combined with a diaphragm, or female condoms.
