Please take some time to help me out. I am posting here after exhausting all other sources, hoping to get some valuable advice.

I am 34, working and IT. My department is literally a heaven to pick girls. The atmosphere is very open, with the director himself having an affair with 3 of his managers. In our parties, outings, guys get girls drunk and touch them. Long story short, it is a casual workplace. I am someone who is got a very high libido, but have been a virgin. During this Covid-19 times, when it is unsafe to venture out, please take sometime out to advice / help me. Did you have any such experience and how did you overcome it? Do you recommend any tablets (apart from anti depressants that I have already tried) that can help me get back my libido?

While doing the deed with an independent Thai, the Condom broke. She was very dry and the inevitable happened. I was dry too so likely no fluid exchanged and I didn't panic. But it hit me later that this could be serious. She says she gets tested regularly, but better to have my own checks in place.

Not to mention the remote scenario (I know am sounding stupid) that many years down the line, she can come with a child and ask for a ransom.

Any advice would be really welcome. Should I wait for a month and go for STD panel in Lal-Path as usual, or something else is better.

Don't worry bro. If she gets tested regularly there is unlikely that there is a problem.

Do all penetration with a condom-oral, anal, blowjob (the really thin condoms advertised have very high chances of rupture).

Get tested every 3 months if you are regular. There is nothing as hiv treatment but today we can manage hiv quite well.

Hiv was first seen in 1990's. Initial antiviral drugs used to cause a lot of side effects. Today a lot of safer drugs are present. The newer hiv patients are living a normal life due to newer drugs.

So, knowing that you have hiv early is very important so that you can start your antiretroviral treatment.

If sometime you discover your parter was positive and you had unprotected sex, there is POST EXPOSURE prophylaxis . These are drugs that prevent you from having hiv. Consult your doctor and have them.

The chances of she coming with a child for ransom is as you rightly said remote. So just get that thought away from your mind. But yes, to be on safer side, just get tested. It will serve for improving your confidence that you are clean and also will be a reminder ever time before you begin the deed. Just let me know in private ifnyou need to know anything else.

This is more like psychological problem than physiological. You did not mention your age. Are you into too much of self-help mode? There is something coming into your subconscious mind which is preventing erection. Only a good psychiatrist can help you. But stop getting into 'self-help' mode, do some meditation and yoga.

Vijaya diagnostics is good for lab test.

Sometimes it's weird to ask random person to get you tested for HIV.

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.

Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

The most easy way to ask for a HIV test would be to go for a pre marital medical check up. They have various packages in which you can ask for what you are specifically looking for. They will do the tests according to your need. Another way is to go to any diagnostic centre and tell them that you need to undergo a medical test or blood test for employment purpose. They will immediately do it in one day. Other option is for higher studies abroad.

Vijaya diagnostics is good for lab test.

Sometimes it's weird to ask random person to get you tested for HIV.

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.

Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

You can call it HIV test. There are 3 different type of tests-.

HIV antibody test, HIV nucleic acid RNA test NAT and HIV antibody. Antigen test.

I see that there are a lot of new ones so I wanted to share a scary experience that I had to go through due to my inexperience as a monger.

When you are rocking it and going back and forth the condom often gets dry and if the girl isn't that wet then the friction will mostly result in a break so make sure to lube up with oil or just change to a different condom. It's easier to ask the WG and she'll let you know.

I'm glad to see that senior mongers are helping out the newer ones. I'd like to add a few things to that. Oil based lubricants are not be with latex condoms.

Oil-based lube

These include baby oil, massage oil, coconut oil, etc. These lubes can be a good choice for masturbation, but never use oil-based lubes if youre using condoms. Make sure you only use water-based lube with condoms. Anything oil-based will weaken the latex and may lead to rips and tears.

I see that there are a lot of new ones so I wanted to share a scary experience that I had to go through due to my inexperience as a monger.

So long time ago when I had no clue of ISG or any online escort service, I used to get contacts from local friends.

I will suggest going to a doctor and explaining all the symptoms correctly. You may consult a doctor online as well (although its not a replacement for a real life doctor) using app like practo, you can get tests prescribed by doctor online and also get prescription for any medicines required. For tests you may also get online test from 1 MG, dr lal path labs, etc, where they visit your address to take blood and report is delivered online usually same day or next day depending on tests. Usually the cost of tests at these places is much less compared to big hospitals like Apollo etc. Usually a doctor will ask you to test for the following at 4 weeks after exposure:

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).

Hepatitis b Antigen (HBsAg).

VDRL (RPS), Serum.

HIV 1 & 2 antibodies screening and P24 combo Test.

Complete Blood Count.

Urine Examination, Routine, RE.

Urine Culture.

Please note that this is not a replacement for professional advice. You may get these tests done for your own peace of mind and report the same to a doctor for confirmation. Also note that there is a window period for all tests. You may test 3 to 4 weeks after exposure (in general). Testing before 2 - 3 weeks may give false negative results. Also note, the P24 antigen can be detected on average at 16 days, and in 95% people p24 can be detected between 1 to 8 weeks. Any symptoms like burning while urinating need to be reported to doctor as soon as possible. Burning while urinating is usually just UTI (urinary tract infection) which is cured easily with medicines. Please visit a doctor if you have been recently exposed.

Sometimes we see the skin keep covering the head and sometimes in some men it is not.

Do you feel that keeping open the head will enable to last long if other wise every thing is OK.
