We all write FR with our encounter everyday but we rarely write about the issues we face due to mongering especially sexual health. So today I am writing about it.

As we all know that offices closed last year due to covid and we all have to work from home. It has put a tremendous mental pressure on most of us as we are single and need emotional as well as physical support. Due to closure of office most of our friends have also moved too their hometown and our outing has restricted to only mongering. First try to heal your swelling by applying steroid cream and the apply coconut oil couple of times a day and massage it and also stretch it little bit a time in lukewarm water. It will take some time and over as month you can see some result. So was also to pull my foreskin back in January and then also I was back in Gurgaon and started to visit WG. Then in the end of Jan. I visit one of the thai for full night and applied lot of baby oil in my penis and then condom and next day I forget to clean or take bath due to cold. Then after couple of days I noticed some infection in my penis and lot of swelling with pain urination. I clearly remember that I have used condom so it was not any STI then I consulted a urologist he told me that it is Balanitis and given some anti-biotic pills abnd cream. I have taken it for some days but there was no benefit and the infection got worse. Then I consulted another Urologist and he also given some other antibiotic pills. He told to stop using cream. He recommended circumcision. But I used it for some days and there was no benefit. Then I consulted a renown dermatologist and he also recommended circumcision. According to him its was fungal infection. He has given some anti-fungal cream and anti-fungal pills. According to him the reason of my fungal infection was my high blood sugar. And it will keep coming back until I reduced it. He told me that he can do circumcision next day without any test and that also laser and it will not cause any pain but I have read someone experience some days back and how much pain he has got during laser circumcision.

I told him that I am taking pills of it and it has reduced and if I can avoid circumcision for some days. Now I was feed of these doctors. I searched internet again and I found out that if you apply black seed oil in your penis then it will kill all fungal infection. I immediately ordered via amazon and started applying it along with the doctor medication. After few days I am started to see the result and now my swelling and infection is come. Yes, I am not able to retract my foreskin now but I can do sex. I have visited couple of WG last week and able to do sex with them.

I will start my foreskin stretching after some days. Anyone who is facing such issues should message me. I can guide him. All the best.

As suggested by many people here I tried getting the PEP tablets the same day but had to wait till the next day. Finally consulted the doctor in the morning and started the PEP course after 26 hours of the intercourse.

A big thanks to all of you who came forward to help.

One thing I can tell for sure is that 5 minute of pleasure of going bareback is nothing compared to the mental stress one has to go after the deed.

I would suggest you to get yourself tested. With Dr STD Panel test. And clear all your doubts. I hope everything will be clean in your reports. But that will give you peace of mind which you are looking for.

Waste no time. Meet an Infectious Diseases Doctor immediately.

I had a similar incident 2 years back. It was condom slippage and I did not notice. Was shared shitless.

I was in Bangalore and this forum helped me find a very good doctor. Dr. Gifty Immanuel at CSI Hospital Bangalore.

He had a PhD in Virology and he spent an hour with me explaining how HIV works and how taking PEP medicine within 72 hours of any exposure messes with the replication cycle of the virus and thus controls the virus. It is best advised to take it within 24 hours of exposure. I was 48 hours after exposure and he prescribed Viropil (see attached picture) - once a day after food. For 4 weeks without missing even one day. He asked me keep myself active with exercise and drink lots of fluids. I followed his instructions completely and tested myself after 4 weeks, then again after 3 months and 6 months and I am HIV negative! Usually PEP medicine has some side effects like dizziness, tiredness, headache etc. But there were absolutely no side effects from Viropil for me.

Now, I don't know if the WG was positive or not, but it was not a chance that I could take.

He said all other STDs could be treated one way or other. Except HPV (penile warts or mouth warts) which don't have treatment in Allopathy and keeps recurring. However, Homeo has effective medicines for this condition too.

So, don't delay. Meet an infectious diseases specialist and get started on a PEP course immediately.
