I took STD test 3 times. One was 18 months back and 2 ndtest was on November last week 2021 and one was a week ago. All were negative. But I got blisters on lip two times in the last 3 weeks doctor said it is herpes but results are negative.

This lip blister and sore throat occurs whenever I do masterbaute many times in a day. Could it be because of masterbate or really it's herpes.

The chances of catching HIV are very low for unprotected PIV sex. You should be fine, just stay clean and wrap it up better next time if you don't want the scare. Be aware of any symptoms if they occur. For peace of mind, you can get an STD test after a month or two..

Instead of wasting time. You should have immediately taken online or offline professional advice and started PEP immediately.

There is no point in doing nothing under the psychological impression that the girl is not HIV positive. Psychological speculation & assurances & statistical data will not help.

A condom tear with a WG is a definite risk. Take proper medical advice + PEP immediately. Get an all-clear test after 6 months.

I will list out my process which I have created over the past year.

1. Carry a small sized Listerine bottle and rinse mouth along with the therapist (Thais are usually much more hygienic and carry their own mouthwash which they use to rinse mouth before and after the deed, I learnt it from them).

2. Take a shower with the therapist prior to the deed or at least wipe them with a wet towel. Many non-Thai therapists are lazy and do not clean themselves after the deed, so if she had a client before you she might be dirty.

3. Post deed, use some antifungal soap to wash yourself. I usually keep one in my bag and use it in the spa shower if I am not planning on returning home immediately. Some tried and tested soaps:

Soapex.

4. I usually prefer not to use the towels in the spa and instead ask for a fresh disposable paper sheet (the ones that are used on the bed).
