In short, everything that is treated in time with the right medication gets better fast.
It's always better to take the necessary precautions and have safe sex.

Posts: 507If it was your 1st time pulling back the foreskin, you 'll feel pain. Gradually it 'll decrease.
About white stuff around penis head / swollen head better to consult a doctor. It's common infection and applying some oilment 'll bring it back to normal. Don't worry it's normal only. Urinary infection 'll make it swollen and cause pain on tips.

I just had to apply a fungal cream for 2 weeks and it was already better. I was also prescribed a steroid cream to reduce the inflammation and make the foreskin soft and stretchy.
Go and see a doc soon, could be something that can be treated.
Let us know about the diagnosis.

Infection having been limited from diffuse urethral spread, perk of being uncircumcised, which would be my blind guess in your case. Pathogenic invasion is limited by the foreskin, so long as sanitary hygiene is kempt well. Your mention of obesity furthermore substantiates my inclination towards this condition. In the heat of passion, your member may have been subject to excessive frictional and abrasive 'rub-and-tug' forces, sandwiched and vicitimized be / w your body mass and the sliding motion of the ignorant woman's, in an attempt to expedite arousal and get you to climax ASAP. To add to this, shortcoming of genital hygiene on her part or soiled undergarment of hers soaked in bodily secretions (fomite) may have transmitted a commensal bacteria / fungus (vaginal Candida albicans) over to your groin end while you were ferrying through her.
With due respect to 'Google' intellects, coconut oil and petro-jelly is far from an established remedy at addressing the root cause and at best a placebo, to intermittently soothen and soften the sensitive skin overlying genitalia. Akin to blowing at your balls, I'd say. If lathered in either generously, you stand to develop folliculitis involving pubic hair due to underlying damp and humid conditions down there from the outset. I digress. I wouldn't panic too much. Dab 'T-BACT' and 'CANESTEN S' ointments in alternation, every 6th hourly for a week-10 days. Apply with either sterile cotton or clean, dry hands; to establish a thin film overlay. Refrain from applying on inner aspect of penis. Consult a Dermatologist if symptoms persist, speedy recovery.

This is not self treatable with otc medications.
See a urologist preferably in a govnt hospital.
Any delay may lead to requirement of minor surgery.

I have been seeing this girl for approx 2 years now. Started with massage and now FS. I am sure I didn't have unprotected sex. May be just rubbed over her undies. Problem came after few days. There was a light irritation on foreskin. I just ignored it. But after few days I started to observe white was stuff. Googled and got to know its smegma. Now I tried to pull my foreskin to clean head. But I had trouble and it started paining. After close inspection I could see kind of cuts on foreskin and it foreskin was swollen. Again checked Google and remedy was vaseline and coconut oil. I did apply on skin and cleaned regularly. 2 weeks later I master bated but it was painful. Redness and could see cuts on foreskin. Immediately I washed the entire area and applied vaseline. Problem still persists. I am washing twice and applying vaseline now. Please tell me if the condition is serious, advice and which specialist to consult. I am tall and obese.
Your quick advice will be appreciated.

Posts: 84Low sex drive and soft erections
Hi,
For past 1-2 months I am having low sex drive and soft erections. I used to have very good sex drive before that and now I am getting worried. I do strength training 5-6 days a week and eat right. I can't understand what's happening. Also for few days I am having slight pain in my left balls.

Posts: 70Nicely handled mate. Never pay to such scammers
You did great buddy by not getting scared of them. These are just scammers and not real police and they just pray for gullible people.
I remember I also had a similar experience where BF of a WG started blackmailing me that I had got the girl pregnant. I simply told them to fuck off and threatened them in return. They never called to bother me again.
One advice which I got from a fellow senior here and I also follow is that we should never be soft be such blackmailer and we should threaten them with legal action to be taken against them.
