Finally got time to write post after a long time.

Ashwagandha is a known adaptogen. Ashwagandha is not by itself that dangerous. Like many other ayurvedic herbs, the problem lies with how the herb is collected and processed. Having said that, there are no magic cures for improving sexual performance. Herbs can only help to the extend one takes care of underlying problems like anxiety, poor lifestyle, etc. Also ashwagandha just like other medicines shouldn't be taken continuously, it should be cycled on and off. There could be a number of reasons like performance anxiety, low libido, chronic smoking (if you are one), etc. Check your T-levels and BP. If your lifestyle is sedentary, try improving it and see if it makes a difference.
