I tried couple of things as per the inputs received from other friends. What I did is small and simple things like below and I could see an improvement. So instead of trying medicines etc please try this and incase of no improvement you may try alternate options.

1. Stopped watching Porn & Masturbating frequently.

3. Regular exercise. Daily at least 1 HR is very important.

4. Less sugar intake.

I don't have any ED issue but I just want to increase some time so can I take only Dapoxtine 30 MG for PE Or should I take Tadalafil (10 MG)+Dapoxtine (30 MG)? One more thing I wanted to ask that I have read the FRs that these pills works better if taken in empty stomach. Had a recent b2 b massage at spa after that have seen rashes on my foreskin and bumps. I am very scared if it is herpes. Not able to sleep. Can anyone please suggest any doctor to approach in Hyderabad.

Only after seeing the wounds, doctor can say if it's herpes or just a bacteria rash.

When should I go for STD panel test to ensure I can find the presence of all disease? I ask this because some STDs show up in results after few days or weeks of entering body via sexual contact.

Too early for STD blisters to come. STD symptoms like blisters don't just appear overnight. Of course, that does not mean that you haven't got one during your escapade. Only way to know is to go and do tests and consult a doctor. These sores could be due to heat or a STD that you already acquired, jaw pain could be due to some vigorous activity that you did. Any activity that involves exchange of bodily fluids is potentially risky, whether in spa or anywhere else.

I have been using tablets (duraplus etc. ,) for lasting long on recommendation from doctor. I use to take one around once a month and positive effect of those tablets remain for 2-3 days.

I am 40 now and I keep myself fit. I rarely masturbate.
