IgM positive means early herpes infection while IgG indicates old infection. Better to consult a STD specialist with MD degree.

There are chances friend. But it is very very rare. Even there is no scientific reports. But theoretically speaking there are some possibilities. Tirrence- Shilajit is a good supplement. I have tried both Dabur and Patanjali. I felt that Pathanjalis product works well. We need to take two capsules in a day after food and needs to be taken for at least 30 days to see improvement.
