Even though my response might sound daunting and exhaustive, I'm posting few questions to get better clarity.

1.) Are you circumcised or uncircumcised?

2.) If you're uncircumcised, could you retract and release your foreskin with out any pain or discomfort?

3.) Have you developed hyper sensitivity of the glans recently or it has been there for a while?

4.) Does your glans become sensitive when your penis erect or do you feel sensitivity during flaccid condition also?

Reason for asking is that usually for an uncircumcised men glans will be sensitive, it takes a while to de-sensitize it.

I have an uncircumcised penis and tight foreskin, I couldn't retract my foreskin earlier even when in flaccid condition. Once I started practicing. Elisa test with P24 for HIV.

Pcr test for HIV.

Herpes igg and igm.

Her herpes igg was positive 2.45 something.

But HIV was negative in both test.

I went to doctor he gave me throat and stomach meds for 3 days.

22nd.

I am very happy my mood is back to normal.

Although my stomach was still paining sometimes but I ignored and ate good food.

23rd.

I don't know why but my stomach is still upset and bad taste in mouth sometimes.

I think I am fearing that pcr test for HIV was done only for HIV 1 not for hiv 2.

My condition has improved a lot.

The only risk I fear is that girl gave me blowjob without condom for 2 minutes only but still I am getting anxiety.

I think I will calm down only after window period of 4 weeks passes and I see negative test.

Can anyone help me with their suggestions how to keep my self calm.

It seems you had exposure of unprotected oral-sex / Blow-job for 2 minutes on 7th Feb 2019 (18 days back).

Few points that I would like to mention which might help you:

i.) If you don't have any cuts / sores / wounds on your penile foreskin, the risk of catching HIV is very very negligible. Also if the WG also doesn't have any cuts / sores / wounds / bleeding-gums then also contracting HIV is very very negligible. Also HIV virus is very fragile and can't sustain in Saliva. They say that no HIV cases reported / recorded due to unprotected oral sex (remember above exceptions).

ii.) Two weeks is a decent window for P24 Antigen and PCR test for HIV-I&II. I'm unsure in Delhi, but in Bangalore HIV I&II PCR plus Antigen costs you around 8. 5 K. You can google dr safe hands.

iii.) About Herpes, IgG indicates early infection. However, sometimes it is not accurate / equivocal. Did you take HSV I + II composite IgG test, if yes, better to take separate tests and also like HIV, for HSV also there are PCR tests, PCR tests should give you a clear idea.

iv.) HSV is not curable but manageable, during outbreaks you can take the anti-viral medicines, if at all if the doctor says you've contracted HSV.

v.) Lastly, you seems to have severe anxiety disorder, please seek professional help / counseling and also you might want to do PCR tests to get fair idea, confidence and peace of mind. Of-course you can take ELISA / ELFA, STI panel, CBC, [CodeWord109] Routine & Culture test after a month of your exposure.

Getting positive for both HSV 1&2 s strange as the one used to affect upper half of the body and other used to affect lower half of the body. Typical STD. IgM stands for recent infection, while IgG stands for old infection.

Better consult a venereologist ASAP. Even if you are positive with HSV. It will go away with Acyclovir and all. Don't panic. Consult a specialist and move on man.

IgM positive means early herpes infection while IgG indicates old infection. Better to consult a STD specialist with MD degree.
