HIV test you need 90 days post exposure so to save your mental torture take PEP. No harm. It's like Dog Bite Level 1 or 2 - you know nothing may happen but you still don't take chances. Being a doctor I can say that it's unlikely you got HIV.

Just forget it for some time, I am Doc and I can say that your Jaw opening has nothing do with your penis touching her vagina. If in case you want to be very sure wait for a week, if in case you have burning sensation while passing urine, if you see warts on your penile tip or you have strong itching on your penis. Not a doctor here, but to the best of my knowledge HPV and HSV are virus based pathogens and cannot stay alive outside the host for more than a few seconds. Some bacteria based pathogens can remain alive, but disinfecting and washing in hot water will most definitely get rid of them. You can also read this information online, lot of reputed doctors have mentioned this in forums. Stay safe!
