Don't know about the 1 MG thing, but usually condom breaks can happen because of too much friction, heat, incorrect fit, manufacturing defects (check for expiry date too) or coming in contact with certain chemicals or oil or even not putting it on correctly ( pinch the tip and eave some space at the top). Try using some water based lube like KY Jelly; should improve the odds. If you are getting a oil massage before the deed, be careful though, oil weakens latex condoms, hence always recommended not to use oil as a lube.

Dude if you are completely healthy and still suffering from PE then try below:

1. Kegel exercise to make penis and pelvic muscles strong. Google it. You can even do it while working etc, avoid doing it while peeing as many sites suggest. Don't overdo it. Start slowly.
