Hi all,

I will be in Granada for 4 nights during a 3 week vacation trip thru Central america. I don't doubt that there will be some putas available but I can't figure what kind of chicas are on offer, rather young and cute ones.

Who are more than just doable? Or teeth less older ones you would only take if you are in a real need?

I'm asking because I made a lot of whatsapp contacts with chicas mainly from Managua who are eager to visit me in Granada.

Though there are some really cute ones among them I don't really like the idea of spending the whole time.

With just one girl. (I imagine they are not willing to leave if I invite some on a daily basis).

Can someone who knows the local scene enlighten me and give some advice?

Does anybody know the hotel La Gran Francia? Is it GF-friendly?

Stay at the main hotel in town.

Wait until the sun goes down. Walk around. It is a Miskito and Creole town where the indigenous Nicaraguans dominate and represent the Northern Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. Beautiful people with many mixed with African and Spanish blood. Lots of interesting looking people. Amazing place. Nothing at all there to do but wait until the sun goes down and hit the little bars and little discos and pluck what you want to pluck out of them and have at it. It is a different world and I would not recommend it to anyone who is not living in Nicaragua or to someone who likes comfort. If you want to see different looking people and you like a cultural exchange, hit the Caribbean Coast (Bilwi & Bluefields) and be amazed. People keep talking about Nicaragua from the context of Managua, Leon, Granada, and San Juan del Sur. There is SO MUCH MORE to this country than the bars in Managua. HOWEVER, if you are visiting the region, Managua is PERFECT for the hit and run. Don't get me wrong, Managua is a wealth of fun if you dig deep. Hit Corn Island as well. It is another place where the girls are all over the place but you just have to reach out and find them. Just link up with younger taxi drivers and they will always link you to "friends" and weed!

Everyone always says Granada has no little action, but it is all over the place. It just is not as prevalent. There are always a few girls in the main park after dark. On Calzada there is a lot to be found. They do not just stand on corners. There is usually a group at the far west end.

The others will walk up and down or sit at the bars. They are no obvious, but typically groups of four girls with a young guy. Just approach them and see if they are friendly. You will be surprised.

Yea they just stay a little more low key in Granda because of the tourist influence. They are DEF there.

Bluefields had a complete street scene (a block down from the Aberdeen Resturant) there is a "Zona Roja" in town. There are a couple of nightclubs within the same two block area. There is the Anabas Hotel, the Mini-Hotel, the Caribbean Deam, and Oasis Hotel. The Mini is probably the best for costs and location. The Oasis has more higher end tourists but not my kind of place really.

If you are smart and really want to see Nicaragua, and you want to do the Caribbean sea as well. You should go to Corn Island via Bluefields. Take the early flight on a Friday from Managua. Arrive in Bluefields early morning. Get in the hotel. Start drinking and walk around. Have a big lunch. Walk some more. Pass out. Wake up when the sun is down and head down to the few blocks they have in town where the action is and pass some time with someone. Totally different experience, and then the next morning pop over to Corn Island and just find a Taxi driver and ask him where do you find chicas on the Island. HE will take care of you and you rent him the whole time you are there. 2 nights tops (remember you would be there for the beach), and rent a taxi for the bulk of your time and have him shuttle the weed and women to you and tour the island and hit local spots. They say my home country people from Canada have a nice place on Corn Island. I went by. Lovely hotel (Hotel Canada), but no beach. Stay at the Arenas Beach Hotel. It is worth it, but I do not know about Chicas. Just take the girls to the beach and then buy them food and drink and then slide them into your hotel. Who cares.

Thanks for the advice. Regarding the university girls, are there certain places that they congregate besides just at the university such as cafes, shopping malls, bars / discos? Any social media (Badoo, Tagged, Facebook) or dating websites to connect with them ahead of time?

And for good reason is there not much info. Cause there is not much P4 P action. The city is home to some 17 different churches but not a massage parlor or topless bar or quality disco anywhere. There are lots of university gals in town and if your game is good, you may have luck that way, but it ain't easy. And the city is infernally hot, really miserable in summer months. So for the best sex in Leon, better stay in Managua.

I'm planning a trip in May and Nicaragua is on my short-list for a first time visit. I've read the Managua forum and have a good idea of the scene there. I'm thinking of a short visit to Leon, but the most recent info I could find in this forum was from 2010 and a lot can change in 4 years so I was hoping someone can provide updated info on the bar / disco / strip club scene as well as any other places (gas stations?) that girls would be available. I prefer "semi-pros" such as university students looking to get some financial help. (I can speak conversational Spanish, blend in with the locals, and have traveled extensively in other Spanish speaking countries). Thanks in advance.

This is despite what was written in their guest info guide. After 9pm the main street off the central park has some chicas for hire. Great restaurants and street entertainment too.

Hotel Spa Granada."They are "chica" friendly although it clearly states in their rules no unregistered guest after 11pm. 2 chicas across the street from the BAC and about 6 to 8 chicas at the park. The hotel next to the park is the Colonial, but again I could not find who said it was a quickie hotel. I looked into the hotel when I was there, but did not ask any questions about short time, but was told they full that night.

There is no motel next to the central park, the closest motel to central park is auto hotel cocibal which about 3 blocks towards the lake on calle el caimito. In granada there are only three short time motels: Los Faroles, Jasmine and Cocibal. The only place that fits the bill next to the central park is Nuestro Mundo which is a two story building next to city hall that has a restuarant on the bottom and advertises rooms for rent. As far as the girls you are dead-on, the girls here are all business, its about getting the deed done and moving on to the next client so they can make as much money as possible. Don't pay more than $30 for short time, $20 is ideally, most nights these girls do not score clients.
