Over the last few days I had the opportunity to visit the three establishments mentioned. On a weekend night I visited Fenix, and they had three chicas which were 9's or 10's, there were several 7's and 8's, and the rest were little better than 5's. I had not been at Fenix for a very long time, and remembered it as a dirty and poorly lit location with the girls lounging on the sofas with little light. It has changed for the better. They now keep the girls in the lower lounge where they can be seen when you get drinks, and only when invited by the clientele they go up the sofa to lounge with the clients. Although the advertised price for the girls is $600 pesos, about US $30, please be careful because the chica drinks are US $12! And they add up fast and the girls are high pressure tit-baring saleswomen.

Into Good Times I went with an American visitor, and they kept quoting a price of US $100 to take them to their room. Visitor eventually agreed to a US $30 VIP experience (four songs). When he came back he said it was again all high pressure to buy more drinks at $120 pesos (US $5) each. Although the girls were young and good looking, it was a bit high stress as well.

The last place we visited was Dinas on Hwy Masaya, across the entrance to the Volcan Masaya Park. This turned out to be the most relaxed place and I recommend it highly. The place is a large tiki style ranch with 5 or 6 chicas which average 7's or 8's. The drinks are $80 pesos for the chicas (US3. 25), and their instructions are to drink one every five minutes. The drinks are one measured shot of Rum, they have more expensive drinks, but this is the most economic. After a few, maybe 7 of these drinks, the chicas become more malleable and relaxed, and almost everything is permitted in the lounge. They grab your dick and balls, pull out their tits, grab your hands to rub their pussies, etc. They do run the strip show, and the girls do a fair use of the pole, a couple of them are quite good at it. On premises sex costs US $33 dollars, and apparently each girl has her own little stand alone room outside. From our research, the best time to visit Dinas is on weekdays, since on the weekends they get a lot of young guys with more thirst than sense or money. When you get there and park, they have a dog which will look at your warely but leave you alone. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Well it's a good one but the location is not quite in Manauga being 6 miles south of town so the best one IN Managua is Fantasia and far closer.

Note 10 1/2 and Fantasia and I think one other are all owned by the same guy.

The same company with Fantasia and 10 1/2 have at one more (there is a sign in the rotonda near Metrocentro) called Casanova.

Addresses are:

Casanova: Del Banco Central 1 cuadra Abajo y 75 varas al Sur. Mano Izquierda

Fantasia: Rotonda Crown plaza 1C. al norte, 2 C. al oeste M/D

Km 10 1/2: De los Semforos de la Gasolinera "Uno" Km 10 1/2 Carretera Masaya, 1 C. Abajo y 300 metros al Sur.

If you google any one of these they each have a website and a link in that website to the other two autohotels.

Here are the 10 1/2 prices: (the others won't be far off). Avoid the ones smaller than a suite and the jacuzzi one as well.

AAA: U$ 11.00 en precio regular y DE DOMINGO A MARTES U$ 10.00

Note these prices are in US$, and posted usually in cordobas. This chain offers a better rate for US$ than the cambistas do (right now it is 26.45) so keep that in mind. Change is in cordobas.

One autohotel to avoid is Salamandra which is on the road to Barrio Hugo Chavez which is a risky area and a dead crap autohotel but it's cheap, Burbuja near Cd. Sandino which is a long drive and a bad area (at least going inside Cd. Sandino is). Also the one in Tipitapa which is pretty ratty, and the one near Plaza Inter. The small ones in small barrios are not great, though they are cheap, generally due to lack of A/C.

One other good one is Los Almendros (not to be confused with the proper hotel El Almendro and I think, a bar of the same name) but it is quite away from the centre and unless you're heading to the area where it is, which is pretty close to Ciudad Sandino, not very fast to get to and farther than closer options.

If you drive towards Catarina you see the place on the side of the road, but I have driven by over a dozen times and never seen any sign of life.

Could be that I have driven by in the daytime and have no reason to be near Catarina at 9 at night, unless you are staying in Masaya, maybe.

There are more than a few autohotels on the same road but in the daytime you will see the joint.

I guess you did not bother with Google as I found it at Km 35 Carretera Masaya with a phone number of 8862-4657.

Good luck. Drive by in the day, get your bearings and come back at night.

The club near Caterina Used to be called Blue Foxies. Its like an old farm house that sits back from the road. I'm not sure that the name is the same however. I've been there several times over the years, the last being about 2 1/2 yrs ago. At that time, there was a large selection of women. Many very attractive. The onsite price used to be $25 for 1/2 HR. I think the place doesn't open till 9:00. The girls used to live on location. I am still in contact with one that I met 5 years ago, but she lives in Spain now.

Morena is in Altamira, a good barrio more or less and across (frente de) the street from CECA the music equipment store. It's a block or so south (2 cuadras al sur de) of SINSA ceramica in Altmira. Any taxi will find it in 2 minutes with this description.

But the best hotel in Managua if you need an auto motel is named 10 1/2 and it is called that for the location at kilometer marker 10.5 on Caretera (Road) Massaya .

Don't bother with the Jacuzzi suites not because Jacuzzi's are not fun but they take all day to fill and there is almost never enough hot water. Also some do less than great with then holding that water in the tub. But get one of the bigger suites because they are far nicer than the real cheapos.

There are some great bargains to be had in these autohotels on non weekends. You can even buy the towels or bath mats with the logo embroidered and if your girl is desperate to have a vibrator they sell those quite cheaply and since these toys are very hard to find in Managua (I've never seen them in the mercados but I suppose they might be there), the autohotels are a good source.

But 10 1/2 km outside if you do not have a car is a little far away.

There are always some pretty solid street walkers on 10 calle suroeste a block east of Mansion Teodolinda. Thats maybe half black west of Avenida Bolivar and near Spa-Sobell.

They stand around from the corner to the alley. I saw a couple doing the deed in a taxi with the lights on just parked on the street too. It was really hot and two of the chicas were standing around in only bras and shorts.

Take caution in that this area is full of travestis as is the area on the road near Hospital Militar and the area near the Loteria Nacional (the old US embassy site).

Some look like ugly dudes in dresses but a few are far less obvious, so check the cedula and well, if they have a penis, you've made a rather bad choice unless that's your bag which I bet it is not.

It is 100% nightclub (lap dance) loud music strip club which means you have lots of dudes hanging around sitting on couches trying to get lap dances and bump and grind action as they all avoid the $30 fee to take girls to the back rooms to explore further fun. I just stopped in there on my way back to Granada because I thought this place was a restaurant but it is now just a strip bar. The food, swimming pool, fun outdoors area is GONE. It is a strip club now. On a Saturday night, I counted 8 girls and who knows if any others were occupied elsewhere. If you are driving by, it is worth stopping by. If the strip club thing is your thing, certainly Managua has better more urban options. Dina's is fine though. They told me there is another place located in Catarina somewhere but I could only imagine how local that place it. Maybe I will try and hunt that joint down but I am not a big fan of these sorts of clubs. Too many dudes and too loud music but the chicas are always the draw.

This place is wonderful but $70 is a lot but if you like the "covergirl" look and nice service, it is worth it now and then.

They have a whole selection. You enter and a group will present themselves. There is a back bar behind the salon. The place is nice. Pricey but a great "model like" selection. This is why it is costly, but you will have the girlfriend experience there.
