You want a Managua want ad for a rental in the Philippines? Both el Nuevo Diario and La Prensa have lots of rental ads, but not 8000 miles away. I have not seen anything furnished advertised in Managua. There could be rentals aimed at ex-pats, I know there is one very close to Woody's but it was a lot of money, over $1500 a month.

Some hotels will rent a room by the month for a lot less than 30 X the day rate.

Note Diario used to have the want ads online and that went, not sure if they stopped because the link is still there, but you can look. It was a complete copy of everything in the day's paper.
