Let me add I was also the only person in most of the hotels.

About 60 to 100 USD for a full 24 hours.

First of all, their claim of 'Open 24 hours' is like the Steven Wright joke. Yup, 24 hours, just not in a row. I got there at about 15:30 and had to wait for them to open. Also present was a group of Koreans being shown around by a local. They didn't care for the lack of ladies, and bailed. That left me with the one on offer in the mid-afternoon. She was about 30 ish, chubby, but willing. Two beers for me and made the deal for $30 for 30 minutes. US currency, not local.

Off back to the room, which was actually decent (it had a motorcycle in it for 'art' and had lots of mirrors and an iffy bathroom. No BBBJ possible (even for a tip. This seems to be a Central America theme), but the sex was dirty and enthusiastic. The CBJ was about as good as these things get, and multi-position fucking had me hitting it from behind and spanking her. There were no objections. Unable to finish in the hat, she jerked me off while we talked dirty to each other in Spanglish. She did get jizz on her hand but that was a close as I got to a splashdown.

There are stray dogs in Managua and they are aggressive. They shun away from rised hand but it is more effective if you have something in your hand. A bag or something that can extend your reach is needed if you get attacked.

The Claro stand / shop in Plaza Inter would not sell me a SIM card saying that local ID is needed. They do have sim cards as I got one because another customer at the counter offered to get me one opened with his cedula.

This might be a new rule, and I don't know about other operators. Somebody at another forum said that he got one with passport and deposit in Claro Masaya.

If you like gambling Pharaos Casino in Carretera Masaya comps food and drinks. 5-6 tables and a roulette.

But negotiating you can get it for $70 and sometimes $60 (the local price).

I just left Managua, was there one week. Here are some random notes:

Flying in Copa did not ask for outward ticket. Immigration does not need it.

I agree with previous comments that Managua is not very good mongering place. It is not bad either, so maybe average.

Price range is wide. I got a very plain sw with 400 cordobas. All included also bbcim. Location: near plaza inter, seen on map here.

Went to Vida en Rosa: 6-8 girls on a Tuesday evening. Mostly gorditas. Maybe 2 ok darker ones.

One gordita quoted me with 80 usd which is grazy. Did not bother to negotiate.

Very close to Vida is Porkys. Same system as in Vida but bit more rough. Only cervices, no ashtrays and so on. Sign on the wall says 320 for taking a girl to back rooms, that is the house cut I guess.

3 girls on Tuesday evening, around 9-10 o'clock.

One looked nice enough (maybe 8, if you like a bit sleazy), so I asked for takeout price: it was 2000 (1500 for her and 500 for house).

She had only few hours time so did not partake.

Asked few quotes from wanuncios, range was 60-120 usd per hour. No face pictures on anybody so did not negotiate. One send me a "I will share this with your wife and family" bull* so watch your personal info.

Got a session via driver a happened to run into talking with sw's near Bar 1979.

Session was 50 usd per hour, okayish but overpriced.

Stayed in Crowne plaza, which is nice place. 100 usd + tax normal room, 130 usd suite with balcony.

Girl friendly. Took one chica there, they only copied ID, no other paperwork. Street girls said that you can't get girl in Crowne, so maybe chica should not be too slutty looking. My chica had mini skirt and some tattoos so I guess the line is blurry.

So for average mongerer with no Spanish skills Managua is not the best, there are much better places.

But there is potential, with more time and / or Spanish you can get better contacts and probably beat the gringo price problem.

The Beach Hotels in Tola are so beautiful I wish I could live there in peace and work with passion. Plus the fresh food, reggaton musica and nica chicas can make anyone happy.

The variety of women is crazy in Nica from Blonde to Negra you find every thing available and these women are sexually so horny plus for them to have there man have multiple girls is a normal thing which is what made me happy and relaxed there.

Then the food I miss Gallo Pinto with Pico de Gallo it was my all time favourite.

The coffee shop Molino in entrance of the Gallerias mall is absolutely crazy place to see many hot nica girls and meeting them.

So $ plus the hospitality of Intercontinental Metro Centro was an added advantage which was in my advantage with the SA girls.

I so want to return for a holiday, miss the calm and beautiful hotels in Tola, SJS it was so peaceful and calm and driving all the way was even more fun.

Sorry for the delay. I wrote a fairly detailed response when it kicked me out and didn't save it.

I did buy property last year. So far my place has worked out well and I don't regret it. Part of the reason is that I only used "set on fire money" and because the prices were so low I could do that. There is some geopolitical risk there with total control of the country now secured by the leader. That is sad because it was so close to a more stable country but that is just the risk you have to be able to live with. I don't feel there is risk to have my property expropriated. Petty local government corruption feels up though. Prices are still low. In 7 years I will either look like a genius or an idiot.

A couple of things. If you do buy there you need to use a reputable realtor and lawyer. That whole "make sure the title is clean" is NOT a formality there. Granada and the beach properties are nice. Managua is where the action is but a whole. I stick to SA or picking up locals and that is very doable. Nicaraguans are super nice generally. The country is really geographically diverse and I look forward to exploring it at my leisure. I also surf so my place in an essentially empty good to great surf spot is a gift that will keep in giving. Even in the lousy environment my place will break even this year. Instill hope to buy a commentary place in Granada but not until either the current business pays for it or the risk goes down.

I will be traveling to Nicaragua in November. I am in the middle of buying a place in Northern Nicaragua so plan on spending a lot of time there in the years to come. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for the best way to find some pussy outside of Managua. Chinandega will be the closest town or any size and I might also be intrigued about finding a regular student or two in Leon. Has anyone here had any experience with SA or LACupid, Badu and the like in Nic? Wanucios has one or two listings.

Any advice would be appreciated. My Spanish right now is non-existent but I plan on learning it as quickly as possible (I am a French speaker). Look forward to good on the ground info and reports from me in the future with Nic as my base.

Try the Reef Discotheque on Friday or Saturday night and then there is club zone near a round about. Around 5-10 Clubs there and amazing chicas I forgot the name of the Clubs or round about but good places for free pickup and fuck.
