All in the posts, as up to date as I can keep them, really. All the cellulars are pay as you go with cards from any gas station or store, as cheap as US$23, it is a matter of just buying one, activation is all set out in the box and takes seconds.

Stick with the casas and make dates with the ones you like on the QT, same with night clubs, starting with Cueto Club where it is not overpriced and Vale Todo in Monsegnior Lezcano, where it is but the girls freely date outside the club.

This elegance Spa was good in terms of girl quality, got a number from the one girl I went with, hours she works, willingness, etc.

As for hotels try the el Conquistador.

I may have exaggerated the problems I have had acting as tour guide but timing also works out rarely, and as you can see I have tactical problems with my current relationship anyway. I am sure you can figure all this out.

well i talked to her too, in fact, yesterday. she remembers you and you forgot the small detail of the $50 was to go to your hotel not on the premises where it is c$400. you came back and had two girls on premises for c$800. she told you not to go to your hotel as it costs $50 vs. c$400 and there is no sane reason to do so. you came in with the posts i had made and she knows i have told all of you the c$400 price and she honors that.

please state all the facts next time so i don't waste my time further.

gina is fluent in english, why would spanish pro, con, good, bad, even be an issue? i recommend it as she speaks english and it is easier on newbies and gringos.

she does not rip off gringos regardless of taxi, if you think so clip this out and take it with you and she will confirm, in english.

note if this in not you then she has no idea what you are talking about and it would amount to an impasse then. the whole who understands spanish part really confuses me as there is no reason that either of you would, she speaks english far better than spanish. or it wasn't her or it wasn't the same place. i cannot figure it out.

new place to avoid: elegance spa - quotes c$300 abanico (fan), c$400 con aire then the girl tell you they want c$500 ++ for sex. i talked her down to c$200 and a phone number for off site dates. if you cannot haggle like this avoid. nice clean place nice rooms, massage tables, and private bath/showers though. at c$500 is is do-able but only to get offsite numbers from the girls. very cute spinner there named jackie.

i just checked and saw that my report got published, and read your answer.

yes, i did talk to the nigerian madame, and she told me that the best she could do for me was 50 bucks. thought it was a rip off. i really wanted to try the big-breasted tall, black girl i had picked, but not at 50 us. you should really talk to her. spanish is my native language (although i'm not nicaraguan, i think she had no problem understanding it). so i think communication was really not the issue here. again, you should really talk to her if you can. she shouldn't treat potential regular customers like that. he he.

on the other hand: i really didn't know what went wrong, until later when i thought back a little bit. and i might have the answer now: since i don't know any reliable taxi drivers that wouldn't want to mug me or rip me off, i decided to hire a hotel cab (intercontinental metrocentro), with the big signs that read "intercontinental" on the doors. they might have seen that and decided that i had enough money on me to make up for the day's low revenue. i'll try hiring a regular cab next time (any tips? reliable drivers who know all the good places, at affordable rates? ).

i had no idea that gloria had **** girls on the premises (the girl i had didn't look that young anyway.). that's pretty fuckin' scary. i wouldn't want to find myself in that kind of trouble, much less if i go live on national tv. that must really suck. as far as the price is concerned, maybe i got lucky. there weren't too many mongers that night either. it was almost empty, just like caribbean morena. maybe they saw the "no fuckin way, i'm not letting you charge me outrageous prices" look on my face. i don't know. won't go there again.

next day, i tried another massage parlour that my driver took me to. it was called "sol y luna". prices were pretty reasonable in my opinion. i had an average looking girl, in her mid 30s maybe. a 7 (but with big tits and great ass), for 20 usd, tip, condom and great attitude included. good option.

Well it would be an economic project bigger than literally anything in their history but: go there a lot and see how ineffectual they are, and how hard it would be to raise the money and do sonething like this.

The elections in November are a dark cloud, if the Sandys win on first ballot there goes any sensible money for 4 years. If Daniel loses on the first ballot then at least they continue with as non-corrupt a government as they can get with another millionaire president replacing the current millionaire president.

Bringing in 000's of guest workers etc., doesn't bode well for prices either.

I hope to hear back from Alex as I intend to speak to Gina at Morena and see if I have to temper my favourable opinion of the place for other than me as a patron.

My advice to avoid the nightclubs other than to make dates (with decent Spanish required) is still sound and still stands.

I am replying to a post of a month ago under Nicaragua general. You are right that I should have posted under Managua, but I am a novice at making posts even though I have been benefitting tremendously from this forum for a couple of years now. You will hate me for this, but my visit to Managua was over a year ago, so my information is outdated and precedes your last visit. But when I went to Hollywood, I had a much better experience than the one you had. The room I went to was enclosed (very tiny) but anyone could open the door and come in (nobody did though). I guess things have changed for the worse since my visit!

On another topic the canal business is in the news mostly due to Panama looking at a $8Bn. project to widen the canal so they are all a-titter in Nicaragua with their multi-billion 10 year project. For a place that took 8 months to dig a hole and put in an underpass, and 2 years to pave 30km of highway, I have faint hope for the new canal.

I apologize for spreading misinformation in suggesting that this canal/railway project is "a done deal". I don't know that; it was an inference that I had taken. An acquaintance had explained the railway to me as being tied to the canal vision. It is the economics of a railway that is being seriously evaluated at the moment (perhaps to link up with the new port). You guys know much better than I.

Don't you hate it when people insinuate that they know more than they do?

tell me the day you were there and a rough description, did you talk to gina, large nigerian black woman, speaks english, with braided hair? i am back there in about 3 weeks and will mention this to her.

Just wanted to make a comment. I dropped by the "Morena" bar yesterday at about 9 PM. It was DEAD. I was the only customer, and the girls were not that great either. There was a big black girl, with enormous boobs. About a 6 IMHO. They wanted 60 USD, yes. 60 American to go to the on premises room with her. I had already been there, and yes, like you mention in your previous report, the price used to be see. 400 - see. 500 (the most expensive), wich would be something like 30 bucks, not 60. Of course I said no way, and I paid for the beers me and my driver had (something like see. 60) and hit the road. Off we wento to Gloria's MP, down at the "Paraisito" neighborhood, where I got a sweet deal for 40 bucks (still reasonable). She was a petite girl, very slender, soft skin. BBBJCIM, Great fuck!

I went with a couple of guys that I know and first they took me to a place where the locals go and to tell you the truth that place is not too good for my personal taste. I believe someone posted the name of it on another post.

Than we went to downtown I belive they call it zona Rosa or something like that and there the girls were really hot this place is next to the casino in Zona Rosa. Wow I will say somegirls inthere were an 8 or 9. I felt that it was pricy but I was just going to check the place so I recomend this place, I am sorry I don't have names for you people. Finally we went to Valetodo or something like that. Well here is a mixture of both worlds. You will find all kinds from 2 to 3 all the way to girls that were a 7 or 8 prices were better but don't get there too late the girls are overworked. If you know what I mean. Well In my next report I will post names and all..sorry no pics.

There is actually no downtown after the earthquake but it was down where the capital buildings still are. The area you mention is near Metrocentro and is the Carretera Masaya area. There are several very overpriced clubs, Hollywood, Solid Gold, Vale Todo 2 (the original is in Monseignor Leszcano) and Elite.

In a city with MP's from C$200 to C$400 (US$12-24) paying US$140-US$300 for a night is a lot.

The best advice is to enter the clubs, buy as few $10 drinks as possible, and get girls numbers for the daytime as they will all go in the daytime for a lot less than the clubs charge.

You can drop $500 in a night at these clubs with drinks, girl drinks and a take out or an on premises girl and they are not that good. Plus they will expect breakfast and a cab home not that the latter costs much.

I have been out with 4 or 5 nightclub girls.

You can do reasonably well in Cueto Club if you cool the girl drinks (note at Vale Todo a girl drink is US$8, the girl gets $1.50 - give her US$2 instead of a girl drink if she sits with you, she makes more and is happy, you pay $6-8 less)- CC has a salida of C$375 and you arrange with the girl.

Best value for money right now with clean AC room is Morena on the bypass for C$400 an hour. The girls will meet you outside the MP off hours for not a whole lot for a whole lot more time.

Note to John Dust, this canal thing is nowhere certain and would better be described as highly unlikely.

I have read on one Internet website that there is much construction going to build a port on the Atlantic coast that will accomodate goods coming from North America and get them to Managua in at least half-time of what it's taking now .

Apparently it is in a place called Asmara and the construction is in the hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars.

I imagine this will attract as well a lot of SWs to this area of Nicaragua as there will be many construction workers and merchant marine guys there. Can somebody give a report on the activity going there now ?

I know of a consultant working on a rail project in Nicaragua. My information is that a canal/railway is to link the two oceans bypassing the Panama Canal. I don't have any details. This is not a pipe dream, but a done deal. My guess is that the economy of the whole region will be changing shortly.

Ill be moving to managua around the first week of november from panama. Hope to hear some first advices from the local scouts.
One thing that I have to mention, dont pay to much attention to KOS comments on any country, most of the times its just negativity to the square, you be judge by looking at how many posts he has had deleted/banned and you might pm jackson also for details on why he was confined to "his own thread" in panama.
